This property was perfect in almost every way possible. What you see in the picture is what you get. It was very beautiful, clean and new. Nothing worn out and out dated about it. It was a bit tight for us being used to north american spaces, but all high quality appliences and the clealiness of the apartment made up for it. After all, wew weren't planning to stay whole day there. My only consideration is the neighbourhood. I had heard so much about Monmartre and it was almost right beside Moulin Rouge. But, we weren't aware of all the sex toy shops around in the neighbourhood. luckily, my kids weren't too curious about them. But walking in the main street, I had to keep distracting them from the windows of the shop. Otherwise, it WAS fantastic. We arrived early, the ladies, let us check-in early. Having not slept the night before in the airplane, this was a life saver. We could sleep 3 hours before strolling in the area. I would highly highly recommend it.

The apt itself is beautiful, nicely furnished, washer/dryer was a plus. At first I was afraid that it was not in a good area but it ended up being the perfect spot for the whole family …from fun bars and restaurants to dance club for my 18 year old. Make sure to check out the bar across the building entrance…it gets you to cool roof top with the wind mill of the Moulin Rouge Just list 1 star because it was so cramped for a family of 4…with all our luggage and no where really to hang all our clothes

B&B스타일이라 리셉션이 따로 없어서 미리 체크인해야 하는 곳인데 몰랐어서 늦게 도착해서 당황했었어요. 응급번호통화로 잘 해결되었어요~미리 3일전 이메일 확인후 체크인하시는거 있지마세요. 숙소는 깨끗하고 리모델링되어있는 곳인데 4명이 투숙하기엔 좀 좁은 편이예요~

We would definitely stay with My Maison again in the future. The apartment, though very "cozy", was great! It had everything we needed with a full kitchenette, washer/dryer combo (although I advise buying your own detergent - the little tabs the have for laundry did not seem to clean our clothes well), stocked with coffee, tea, great shampoo & shower gel, and i loved that they had usb outlets installed in multiple places. It eliminated the need to have a power converter - though they do provide one if needed. Right next to the Moulin Rouge and other bars, it is a very busy area. Not necessarily quiet but noise does not bother us. Go up Rue Lepic and conveniently, there is a small grocery store (G20) and a few bakeries. Restaurants are plentiful within a couple minutes walking. The Blanche metro station right there or head to the right when exiting Cité Veron, then left at the next street for the Place de Clichy metro station. Despite it being a "seedy" part of town (so what? there's sex shops & strip clubs - more touristy than not), it was a very convenient location.

La Maison MonMarte was a great place for my family and I to call home base as we explored Paris. It was pretty central to everything and access to the metro and bus system was excellent! The access to customer service definitely relies on technology. We really had no issues that required attention.

Nice room and good location but if you can get into it! In summary, they send you a email in which there is a link to a QR code that you use by facing your phone towards a camera on the door multiple times as you gain entry to the building and then to your room. Their QR system is not foolproof. The link they sent to me did not download. I contacted them and informed them of the fact that the code would not download. They did not take my plea seriously stating that it would work once it was after 4 pm… and when I arrived at the hotel it took me 48 minutes on the phone on a freezing winter night( an international phone call on my expense) to get to someone who has the technical knowledge and ability to email me the QR code that’s required to access to my room. So they are cost cutting by using technology to get rid of reception staff but their system is not well structured enough to deal with the needs of people who traveled internationally Perhaps this is going to be the future where technology is sufficient but we are not there yet

First the scanner does not work properly. Had to ask for code or key and it took 2 days to get any reply. Second they are completely not responding to you despite the WhatsApp and the email they provide. They only answer on time when you inform them that you are leaving the property earlier. Meaning they read messages but ignore deliberately for several days. My daughter got stuck in the apartment toilet and we could not open the door. No one was on site or via WhatsApp /mail to answer . Called their "emergency" number (which is super expensive as this is international call for me) and the person could not reach anyone to open the door while the child is screaming and crying inside locked. After 30 minutes (while child is locked in) the person apologies and said no one answers, therefore they cannot assist (!). I asked him to call Police or Fire Department, but he said that since he is not located in Paris he cannot call emergency services and I should call them myself. I called the police explaining by daughter is stuck 45 minutes in the bathroom and the owner of the apartment cannot help. Police officer said they do not speak English and hang up the phone . as simple as that- no one can help you while emergency if you do not speak French. I called the premises emergency line again (they probably owe me 100 EUR just for the international calls). After long waiting time someone answered and suggest that I will simply break the door of the bathroom (woman with 2

They staff was great. The property is in a central location with shops and restaurants very close. Love that it’s an apartment vs a hotel. The gate deal was a tad confusing, the email went to my junk and I missed it. That was the only hitch which we did get resolved pretty quickly. For us this place is a jewel!

Love the area, close to everything, metro station is less than a minute away. Lovely dining choices.

Excellent location, very livable neighborhood. The apartment was very nice. We had a few issues with appliances and the elevator that the onsite staff on tried to promptly fix.

Not one to rely on technology or smart phone. That was the only way to check in and get into facilities. Hard a couple of issue with it and ran into a few other couple stuck trying to use. Communication wasn’t the best in response time back and emails in a different language

Stayed here with 2 kids age 11 and 8. The place is clean, easy to find, convenient to shops and all main attractions of montmatre. It’s also right next to Metro and easy ride anywhere in the city. It’s nice to have a fridge, microwave and laundry… we would stay here again.

Es más pequeño de lo que se ve en las fotos. Muy bonito y bien cuidado. Tiendas, restaurantes y parada de autobuses y metro muy cerca, puedes ir fácilmente a cualquier lugar. Las camas y almohadas muy cómodas. Tiene todo lo que promete. Lo único que no me gustó fue que no hay recepción (se batalla un poco con el código para abrir) y que no hay limpieza en toda la estadia. Lo recomiendo mucho!
