Dit is een heel mooi appartement, in een prachtig oud gebouw, gerenoveerd, ingericht en gemeubileerd door een binnenhuisarchitect, met een modern en elegant tintje.
Het is goed gepositioneerd in het moerasgebied op 5 minuten van de Seine en de kathedraal Notre Dame.
Volledig ingerichte keuken, koelkast, wasmachine, droger, magnetron, handdoeken, lakens, televisie, wifi ..., het appartement heeft twee dubbele bedden en een kledingkast.
De keuken staat open voor de eetkamer, uitgerust met een uitschuifbare eettafel. De gerenoveerde badkamer heeft een douche, wastafel met spiegel en een opbergruimte. Dit charmante appartement is zeer goed ingericht in een eigentijdse geest: u vindt er veel werken, schilderijen van Parijse kunstenaars en alles wat u nodig heeft tijdens uw verblijf: moderne apparatuur (Nespresso-apparaat, waterkoker, broodrooster ... ), zeer goed beddengoed zowel bedden als een slaapbank. Great Place to Stay

We enjoyed our time in this unit. It's in a great location, but is very quiet. The beds were comfortable and we appreciated all the amenities. We would definitely stay here again. It's a good option for families.

Cosy and tidy apartment in great location

Fantastic location - quiet apartment but right in the heart of Le Marais so lots of fun right from stepping out of the door of the complex and the main sights elsewhere easily accessible via walking or public transport. The apartment was very snug once the couch bed was out but that was as expected and described, and it was fine for our family (2 teenage girls who absolutely loved the buzzing area).

Apartment was in great location - easy access to everything we wanted to do, very quiet and provided everything we needed. We are a family of 3 - my tween daughter stayed in the loft bed and loved it. Apartment is perfect for small families or a couple but would not recommend for anything larger. Stairs to loft are very steep - wouldn’t recommend for very young kids or anyone who has mobility/agility issues. Also, note that access to the toilet is from the living room while the shower /sink is accessed from the bathroom. Lastly, while the apartment provided basic necessities, we did have to get shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper (2 rolls were provided for our 1 week stay) and paper towels - not a big deal but just an FYI.

Great apartment in Paris

This apartment had air conditioning, which was amazing given we arrived during the heatwave!! Vincent was super responsive, and supplied all of the essentials. We had enough room for our family of four. Having a washer was great. Great location, close to Notre Dame, shops, and restaurants.

Great Spot and Very Accommodating Hosts

Awesome location, walking distance to a lot of major attractions. Vincent and Séverine we're fantastic hosts and helped us when we needed, they even helped us secure transportation from the airport.

We had a wonderful short stay here! The location is perfect if you’re looking to experience the city like a local rather than staying in a hotel. The apartment had all the necessary amenities, and the host was kind and very helpful throughout our stay.Our family of four especially enjoyed the charming little cafés scattered around nearly every corner—grabbing a meal was always easy and enjoyable. It’s also just a short walk to Notre Dame, with convenient access to public transportation.We would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting!

Amazing Location in Paris

We had an amazing stay in Paris taking in the various city neighborhoods. Staying at Vincent's apartment in the Merais was perfectly located close to amazing local street scene of cafes, boulangeries, patisseries, restaurants, stores, museums and more as well as being close to a Metro stop. Notre Dame was a 5 minute walk away. That said, the apartment was located in a classic Parisian courtyard so we heard no street noise once we were in for the night. It took us a day or two to get used to the of the apartment. The space is small but we mostly just slept there. The toilet and shower are in separate rooms in the apartment but we soon became accustomed to this unusual layout.

Great location close to restaurants, shopping, metro and sites. A very small apartment 2 1/2 stories upstairs to walk. More appropriate for 2 people or less. Bathroom and shower room very small and not appropriate for oversized individuals.

Cute apartment in a fabulous location!

Pros:The apartment was great for our group of three (one adult, two kids). The location is better than I imagined, close to Hotel d’Ville and Notre Dame. We walked everywhere and easily took the metro when our legs were tired. The beds were comfortable for us and we appreciated that the there was a guest Netflix account on the television. The washer worked well and laundry detergent was supplied. The check in and check out process were super easy. For the cons, the towels could use replacing and the spiral staircase can be challenging.

Perfect location

This apartment is in the perfect location in the Marais. It is close to the Seine, close to metro, close to stores and restaurants. As noted by others, it is very small, and my children were eager for more space but I felt it suited our needs well. The shower curtain fell down at one point - it might be time for a replacement curtain also, but these were minor issues. The hosts were responsive though we did have an issue waiting a long time for the driver they recommended from the airport. All in all, though, it was a positive experience.

Fantastic spot

Excellent location, so easy to get around the city from here. Also great selection on restaurants nearby. The apartment is exactly as described, not super spacious but enough room to relax after long days exploring. The beds were comfortable and the space was clean. The shower/ bathroom is tight but enough room for one. Nice light in the apartment during the day and easy access in and out. I would stay here again!

Cute Paris apartment

I recently stayed here with my girlfriend and her friend and had a pleasant experience. The hosts are very responsive and the place is kept nice and clean. The location is very central and near the metro in case you want to travel to other parts of Paris.

Excellent Location

This apartment is in a great location between the 3 and 4th arrondissemente close to the Seine. For two people this would be perfect. We were three adults and did not feel comfortable using the loft as the stairs were steep and a bit unsteady. It’s too small to cook any meal comfortably but we made a cold breakfast and lunch there without problem. The beds were comortable.
