Great small flat in ideal location. Perfectly situated in the Saint Michel neighbourhood, surrounded by the Latin Quarter, Saint-Germain-du-Pres, and Notre Dame literally an 8 min walk. Easily walkable to many major sites and Metro/RER stations (line C to both CDG and Versailles). This apartment is clean and modern in an classic buidling with exposed stone and ancient timber beams. The host Maikel and manager Dylan were both very responsive. They were also helpful with suggestions for activities, luggage storage, food, and making sure we had everything we needed to make the most of our visit to Paris. We really did enjoy almost everything about our stay. The only drawback was the noise in the building that seemed a constant of gates and doors all night long. Bring your earplugs or put on some white noise and enjoy everything this great flat has to offer.

Great time in Paris

My wife and I stayed here 5 nights. It was fantastic. Good size for the price in Paris. Saint Germain is a great neighborhood. We walked to almost everything we wanted to see. We highly recommend.

Apartment in the 6th!

The check in process went very smoothly and all the listed features and facilities worked fine. Maikel, our host, was very responsive and helped us with a few questions. The apartment was clean and the location was excellent--close to many restaurants and a nearby grocery store and an wonderful bakery. We walked to most of the nearby museums and excellent restaurants are in the area close by--as is the St.-Michel-Notre-Dame Metro and B &C RER station. Altogether a very pleasant experience. We will certainly consider renting this apartment on our next trip to the 6th Arrondissement.

Great location and solid communication with owner but this is a small space, more a crash pad than a place to cook or eat. The sofa bed was not clean - we had to brush aside dirt when we opened it up for use.

Very nice apartment in great location

This is a very nice apartment for a couple in a great neighborhood. Everything worked out quite well. The host was great and the check-in was smooth, two very important items. My few, small, criticisms are that the shower drained slowly and the kitchen garbage can was not in working order. These are indeed small items but, for a short stay in a small flat, it is important to be sure that everything is in good working order. This is the reason for 4 stars rather than 5 stars.

A well located stay!

We had a lovely 5 d stay in this large studio. The location was fantastic and - although very centrally located in Paris - it was quiet. Maikel was extremely prompt and responsive to any of our questions and / or requests. We highly recommend it!

Fantastic location!

Don’t think there could be a better location! A few minutes walk to great food, Notre Dame, the Louvre. And a couple minutes to the train station to get anywhere in the city! Beds were comfy. The host was very responsive. The only thing to mention is it was quite noisy at night. If you are a light sleeper, this could be an issue. We loved our stay here and would choose this property again.

Spring Break in Paris

Family of 4 spent 5 nights in this wonderful apartment. Maikel was a great host from the start. Check in/check out were simple and efficient. The apartment is around the corner from restaurants, a grocery store, and souvenir shops. Very walkable to all the major sites. For more distant excursions, there is a very close Metro station and Uber. The apartment was very clean and well stocked. Between the main bed and the pull out sofa, everyone slept well and comfortable. Would definitely stay again on a future visit.

We loved this apartment for our family of four, 2 adults and 2 kids. The neighbourhood felt safe and secure and there were numerous places to eat within walking distance.the apartment was clean and comfortable and on the ground floor so no stairs for luggage. I would highly recommend it for a couple, and a family who are used to living in one shared space. My children did need to share a sofa bed. The only negative is that it is located on a series of one way streets so getting taxis/ride shares can be a bit more tricky but not a dealbreaker.

The apartment was great for a single elderly person. When I had questions, they were addressed quickly and courteously. The bed was really comfortable and the duvet was just the right weight. Quiet location was much appreciated. My only suggestion is that a “how to operate “ manual be provided. I never did figure out how to control the towel warmer and the wall heaters. Also, if the water heater is to be turned off between guests, please alert the new person.😊

A great ground floor apartment, very close to many restaurants and the Seine, yet tucked away on a very quiet street. Check in was well explained and overall communication from the host was excellent. Close to the metro and an RER for easy access to the and from the airport. My family loved our week in Paris at this wonderful property! Mikhael was professional, kind and responsive to our needs. The location in central Paris can’t be beat! Two of us slept in the bed and one on the pull out sofa. The decorating and design are attractive. We felt safe and secure. Plenty of outlets, including USB in tv, etc Highly recommend!!:-)
