GEEN parking mogelijk
Op de website van hotels.com staat "Parkeren kost EUR 32.40 per dag" In dit hotel is geen Parking - Valet parking hebben zij ook niet echt. Zij parkeren u wagen op straat aan 4 euro per uur, niet bewaakt niets! Had dit hotel gekozen omdat ik mijn auto daar zogezegd kwijt zou geraken. De luxe kamers liggen allemaal aan straat kant, dus helemaal niet rustig! Hebben dan een downgrade gedaan voor een rustigere kamer te krijgen maar hebben nog steeds moeten betalen voor de luxe kamer omdat dit zo gereserveerd was! Voor de rest zeer mooi hotel, prima gelegen, vriendelijk en goed ontbijt.

Het verblijf verliep erg goed van check in tot check out. Klein puntje van kritiek is het ontbijt. Het was erg magertjes en voor speciale orders moest men bijbetalen. Niet echt de klasse/standaard die men verwacht bij dit hotel.

年末に4泊利用させて頂きました。 バスタブ付きでゆっくり疲れを取ることが 出来ました。夜中に部屋の温度を少しあげようと エアコンのコントールパネルのボタンを押したら 変な数字が出たり点滅したりして、パニックに なりました。 夜中1時半頃でした。 フロントに電話したらエアコンが故障したと思った らしく、技術者は明日の朝しか来ないでの、 毛布を持って行くからそれで朝まで過ごして下さいと言われました。 エアコンのコントールパネルの操作の仕方を ただ説明して欲しかったのですが…😅 時間が経つと、また正常運転に切り替わって いました。日本の感覚で温度をいじらない 方がいいと感じました。 8階の食事をとるスペースはとても快適でした。 食事も美味しくてスタッフもフレンドリーで した。とても快適なホテルだと思います。 また利用したいです。 ありがとうございました。

The facility was great with one exception. Pre-arriving I requested on several occasions that we have joining rooms. Weeks prior to my arriving I spoke with several people they put it in the notes and once we arrived no one knew of anything and made no real push to fore fill the request.

This property can’t possibly be a Marriott Hotel! Not possibly a four star hotel. Due to the issue of scalding and freezing fluctuating temperature of the shower we were moved to a different room, that’s where we noticed a message in the bathroom that stated that that issue was an ongoing problem throughout the hotel and when we complained they did not mention this. The second room had a sagging bed and a toilet room which was so small it was impossible to close the door. We were again moved to a different room which had a screeching sound anytime the bathroom door was opened or closed. We asked for the door to be fixed, we’re ignored until I had to go to the lobby and refused to accept that they would fix it the next day. The solution given was to keep the door open by way of cramming it shut with a stack of cardboard. They finally fixed the problem on the last day of the six day stay. We had two rooms the second one smelled like sewage only that my daughter who was staying there did not mention it until we checked out. She went to the gym and it was old and without air conditioning, one of the machines was out of order so there was only a treadmill and a few free weights. We wasted a lot of time changing rooms instead of sightseeing! The only good thing is the location!

We were given a handicap room modified for a person in a wheelchair with no seating area as in the picture when we order the room. Mr. Sharif was extremely courteous and got us a better room but not until after six days of our 10 day stay. Food at the restaurant was very disappointing. I would read this hotel a three star hotel.
