Dear Gazmend, you said you were upset with Expedia, because you did not read properly. You looked at the room for 2 persons, but you were 4 people, so when you put 4 people, this was another price which you paid online before coming to us. When you book a flight, you also pay for your kids, as they take a seat, here your kids take a bed, bedsheets, breakfast, showers, so they pay as they are treated as a person I proposed to you to cancel on the day you arrived. You said it was fine and now you gave us a 2. You went away saying you would come back directly. I wish you would have been honest and just cancelled when I offered it to you instead of putting a 2. You never mentionned anything about the shower when you were here ?! Finally you had a chance to cancel, you did not, you did not read properly when you booked and now you are putting a 2, because you were 4 and you paid for 4 people. there is not much to say.

Bonjour, merci pour votre commentaire. C'est une chambre double avec une salle de douche qui a une taille proportionnée à la taille de la chambre. La literie passable est un commentaire qui nous étonne, car tous les clients trouvent les lits très confortables (sommier de 20 cm et matelas professionnel de 20cm), ce sont les mêmes dans toutes nos chambres, donc nous ne savons pas exactement ce qui vous a déplu dans la literie :-(( En effet, l'emplacement est supberbe, puisque nous sommes à proximité de tout. En espérant vous recevoir dans un prochain séjour. Merci
