  • Een ruim, licht en volledig gerenoveerd huis van 140 m². Gelegen op 200 m van het RER B-station, 5 haltes van de Notre-Dame en het centrum van Parijs. Directe verbinding vanaf de luchthaven Roissy CDG naar het huis. Gratis parkeren op de avenue en in de omliggende straten. Kleine privétuin. Garage voor 6 of 7 fietsen. Fietspad vlak voor het huis, op 20 minuten fietsen van het Parc de Sceaux. Er ligt een klein parkje vlak voor het huis, en als je de trap afgaat, vind je een kleine supermarkt. Er is ook een biologische winkel, „La Vie Claire“, iets verderop aan de linkerkant van de avenue. In het winkelcentrum zit een heel goed Italiaans restaurant; er zouden kortingskaarten in het huis moeten liggen. Groeten, Gérard

Weekend met vrienden

Wij hadden een fantastisch verblijf in het appartement van Gérard. Het appartement is zeer gunstig gelegen op 3 minuten wandelen van de treinhalte Laplace (RER B). Het is heel ruim en knus ingericht. Er ontbrak ons niks, alles was zoals beschreven in de advertentie. Gérard is een lieve en behulpzame host. Hij doet er alles aan om je een fijn verblijf te geven. Bedankt daarvoor Gérard. Lovely home with space for the whole family

Easy access to Laplace RER Station. Lovely Boulangerie on the corner. We would be happy to stay here again.

Great location! 5 min walk to metro. Great bakery in the same block. Close to grocery stores. Quiet neighborhood. Spacious house with a cool garden! We were 4 adults and had plenty of room. Highly recommend the place!

Lovely place in Arcueil

The location was great - close to a train line. There’s a cute boulangerie down the street. The host was super communicative and hospitable. We would recommend this place!

This was a great apartment in a great location. Extremely convenient to public transport and provisions. It was comfortable, clean, and quiet. Communication with the host was exceptional and set us at ease. Thanks for a great stay!

Très bon séjour

Agréable maison à l'extérieur de Paris mais très bien placée avec le RER à 5 mn et de nombreux magasins aux alentours avec même un centre commercial tout à côté. Très bon compromis pour visiter la capitale.

Visit July 6-12 2026. 2 adult 3 teens and 1 child. During arrival the host made a simple description of check in and key handover. House and inventory was nice and clean, and all equipment in house was available. Location of house just outside of center Paris was just what we needed. Shopping, dining and supermarkets available within 100 meters. Train station 400 meters down the street for transport directly to center, and very easy to use. All consumes water, heat and electric included and thumbs up for this. In general I will recommend this house if you are looking for a nice relaxing stay with possibility to go to center Paris within half an hour by train. Line B train goes directly from Paris CDG airport and to Laplace station 400 meters from the house. If we are to visit Paris again I will consider to book this house again as it met our needs 100% Comments. The pictures shows a nice terrace. This was however a bit misleading.

Tolle Lage und super Wohnung

Wir haben unsere Zeit in der Wohnung in Paris sehr genossen. Mit der RER um die Ecke ist man schnell in der Stadt und der kleine Bäcker an der Staßenecke ist sehr zu empfehlen. Alles hat super geklappt! Der Kontakt war super schnell und sehr nett. Wir können die Wohnung nur empfehlen!

Genau richtig, alles wie erwartet

Gute Kommunikation mit Vermieter, sehr geräumig, gute Lage (Metro, Supermarkt, Restaurants). Kleines Minus: Betten mit Kunststoffunterlage, knarrende Dielen im 3. Schlafzimmer (das ein Durchgangszimmer ist, was so nicht beschrieben war), Abschließen der Haustür kompliziert.

Great location

The place is perfectly located a five minute walk from the Laplace station on the B line. There is a couple small markets, a Franprix grocery store, and a couple restaurants within a block. The AC was perfect as we were there for a Paris heatwave. Great value. Would stay here again if we are lucky enough to make it back to Paris.

Perfect family apartment

The apartment was perfect for my big family. Lots of space to relax and unwind from sight seeing in Paris. It's close proximity to the metro gave my kids the real city experience. Loved that we had a boulangerie just down the street. Linens were provided which helped a lot since we packed light. I would highly recommend if you are looking for simple apartment at a reasonable price for a family!

Great place to stay

We enjoyed our stay here. The apartment was as described and very clean with more than enough space for the four of us. It was well located for public transport with only a few minutes walk to the metro to get us to all the main attractions in Paris. No hesitation in recommending this place to family and friends. Gerard was very helpful too and responded quickly to any queries we had. Five stars from us all round.

Run2Paris stay

So we ran from London to Paris and needed a place to stay once in Paris. This apartment is ideally located, it’s so easy to access the train station and main roads. The area is quiet and there is parking outside. The apartment is really spacious, there was plenty of room for 5 of us. The communication was fantastic too. All in all a great place to stay. Thank you.

This is a lovely house in the south of Paris, with lots of room and a wonderfully quiet neighbourhood. Took about 25 mins from leaving the house to get to Notre Dame via the RER. Supermarket, boulangerie and some nice small restaurants all within 100m. Our host was considerate, professional and extremely helpful. Would highly recommend.

We had a lovely stay and our host was wonderful — warm, welcoming, and very accommodating throughout. The apartment is also well located, with a supermarket and several good places to eat within easy walking distance. We really appreciated having a washer in the unit, and the kitchen was well appointed with plates, utensils, and everything we needed to cook.That said, there were a few practical issues with the apartment itself that future guests should know about.Cooling: Only the living room and dining area were air conditioned. Bedrooms 2 and 3 had no cooling at all and got very hot, especially during the heat wave we experienced that week. To be fair it was very hot (95 degrees and higher).Room layout: The listing didn't mention that one bedroom could only be accessed by walking through another bedroom. Combined with the lack of cooling in that room, this meant we essentially couldn't use it during our stay.Bedding: Only comforters were provided, no sheets. With the heat and lack of AC in some rooms, this made sleeping quite uncomfortable.We'd still recommend the location and the host's hospitality, and would happily stay again during cooler weather when the lack of AC in some rooms wouldn't be as much of an issue.
