- The apartment is on the six floor and there is an elevator available. The fireplaces are ornamental and not for guest use. This home does not accept pets. This home accepts babies and children over 11 years old. This home has air-conditioning in the sitting room, the kitchen and the three bedrooms on the lower level. Please be aware that European air conditioning units are designed for a milder temperature range than American units. Whilst there is air conditioning in this home it might not feel as cool as some American air conditioning units. For the other room, between June and September, we'll place a fan. Please let us know if you'd like fans outside the summer period. The stairs inside the home dont have a hand rail (might be dangerous for kids). There are no photographs available for the toilets in the ensuite bathrooms.
