Bij aankomst aan het hotel waanden we ons in andere wereld. Een wereld van klasse, vriendelijkheid, rust midden in een drukke stad zoals Parijs. De service was uitmuntend. Meteen bij vermelding dat het om onze huwelijksreis ging, kregen we een leuke attentie aangeboden van de directie. De spa faciliteiten met de massages zijn een must do in dit hotel. Verder zijn ook de prachtige bibliotheek, waar de bar zich bevind, en het terras een aangename ervaring. De kamer zelf was prachtig. Enige nadeel was het weinig natuurlijk daglicht die binnenkwam in de kamer. We zaten namelijk in de 'kelder'. Het uitzicht was hierdoor ook beperkter. Verder niets op aan te merken. Alles wat je nodig hebt bevindt zich in de kamer. De roomservice was verzorgd en het eten ook lekker. Algemene ervaring...TOP!!!

This is a first-class hotel by any standard. The property has an old world feel with very modern features. Even though it's in the heart of Paris - the hotel is offset from the street with a large lawn and backyard terrace. You feel like you're staying in a grand chateau in the country.

Une Nuit Magique
Nous sommes venus au Saint James pour l'anniversaire de ma femme pour une nuit de décompression. L'accueil fut parfait. Nous avons même eu la chance d'être surclassé. Le personnel est vraiment attentif au moindre détail et se plie en 4 pour vous aider au mieux (voiturier, reservation de resto, accompagnement et visite de l'hotel). Les chambres sont très bien insonorisées et très bien décorées. Le petit déjeuner est d'enfer (effectivement les oeufs bénédicte sont fous ainsi que la brioche et le pain au chocolat) et le personnel aussi très à l'écoute de vos moindres demandes. Bref, nous étions ravis et nous recommandons ce splendide établissement

This might be the most beautiful hotel in the world. The decor and the building are stunning. The staff were exceptionally kind. The food was excellent, it was quiet at night and it was easy to walk from here to several major attractions. Truly a perfect place.

The hotel restaurant is exquisite, with superb food and an amazing wine list. Rooms are luxurious, beds super comfortable, and the staff is just amazing -- friendly and attentive to any guest need....top notch service on all fronts. I can't come up with enough superlatives to describe our experience.

This is the most magical hotel tucked away in the heart of Paris!! It’s like a country side chateau in the city. The grounds are beautiful, the Outside dining was fantastic, the room was cozy with fab Guerlain products, the staff was top notch. I can’t say enough!!! Our rooms were luxurious, quiet and extremely clean. The hotel staff were some of the best we’ve had. Beds were very comfortable and plush linens in the bathrooms. No details were left out. We were thrilled!

GORGEOUS hotel! It is so pretty that funnily enough, even some French policemen who where driving by stopped to look and comment on it. The food at the bar was just ok, the drinks delicious. It’s a bit far though, so stay here if you’re looking for a slow paced and relaxed visit to Paris.

This château, its staff, interior design, location, restaurant, ambiance and spa are outstanding! One of the best I have ever stayed in and I travel a lot! I celebrated my 40th birthday here and it was so memorable and special! A personalised note from the general manager, thoughtful complimentary gestures from management and the most outstanding patisserie on site who baked the most delicate and beautiful birthday cake for me - also prepared melt in your mouth pain au chocolat in a unique shape for breakfast. Everything was just perfect! All communications pre arrival were promptly answered and their concierge Pascal is friendly, attentive and excellent in all his communications. Every staff member in the restaurant again is smiling, attentive and quick. The stunning rooms and facilities are extremely clean and interior design every girl’s dream! Very beautiful and well thought out. It may have been refurbished but I didn’t see a single mark or scratch on walls/furniture, no dust/spider webs and every day our room looked impeccable. Towels were thick and beautifully branded - everything was just pure luxury! I loved every detail and Saint James Paris truly made my birthday unforgettable! A château in the middle of Paris walking distance to main sights. Restaurant is out of this world and the chef down to earth and comes to your table! Thank you so much to the every single staff for being so great! You truly make this place so unique! Merci beacoup!
