Perfect appartement midden in de stad!
Deze accommodatie ligt zeer centraal op de grens van het 9e en 10e arrondisement. De straat is levendig overdag met restaurantjes, winkeltjes, 2 supermarkten, waarvan 1 biologisch direct naast het hotel. 's-Nachts is het rustig, dus heerlijk geslapen. Metro Poissionniere is vlakbij. Prima bedden, modern en netjes ingericht met kitchenette. Wij kregen een upgrade van een premium naar een privilege, welke net iets groter is en dat was fijn met 2 kinderen. Koelkast bleek niet te werken, dat kon niet opgelost worden, maar dat werd gecompenseerd door het niet afdragen van de toeristenbelasting. Kortom: in vergelijking met de reguliere Parijse kamers, een fijn ruim appartement op centrale locatie in een leuke buurt!

Supermarket right beside hotel. Hotel staffs are very friendly and informative. Room is spacious. The only problem we have is running out of hot water (4 people in the suite) by the time the last person needed to shower, there was no more hot water. Overall, it was great hotel with walkable restaurant and stores close by.

Take note, a hotel in Paris at a great price! We stayed with family for the weekend and honestly we are so glad we found this place. We felt special from start to finish. We had 2 separate clean and beautiful rooms and a mini kitchen, everything we needed was there in the room. The receptionist was very nice, friendly, helpful and helped us find our way, so we went for a walk around Paris. The metro is 2 minutes from the hotel, which is very convenient to get anywhere in the city. After our evening walking, we fell into the deepest sleep, on the most comfortable beds I have ever slept on! In the morning we had breakfast in our room, fresh croissants, yogurt, French baguette, and much more, oh my God, how delicious... The next day we asked if the luggage could be left until the evening and the administrator kindly provided us with this service for free, it was very nice of him. Overall we had a good weekend in Paris!!! and we will definitely return there and recommend this hotel in the center of Paris to everyone!

This room can sleep up to 4 persons. The bedroom can be two twins, or a full. The living room is a hide a bed sofa and it was very comfortable. This space has a great mini kitchen and directly downstairs is a convenience grocery market. You will find bakery's at each corner and fast food nearby. I did not eat at the hotel. Here is what I can tell you about the sleeping here. The bedroom's headboard rests up against the wall, directly behind you is the elevator so at night you have the vibrations and the noise of the elevator. It wasn't terrible, however, so you are aware its the only elevator used by guests. The hide a bed in the living room is very comfortable, downfall is you are next to the street windows. Earplugs are needed because you will hear everything. Showering has to be semi quick. The hotel staff told us we have to wait 30 minutes between showers to have hot water. Four of stayed here so we would turn off the water during lather and turn on; basically semi quick showers. It worked out in the end, its not a big deal but definitely don't take long showers. The hotel is a 15 minute walk to Gare du Nord and you have the metro a few feet away. We all thought it was a convenient spot and I have stayed in this area before. I would stay here again because of the location and the mini kitchen. Front staff were cordial, at other times not so much HOWEVER this is France and we are Amercians so I understand. I do recommend this hotel.

The hotel is close to subway (1 minute), safety area, the rooms are renovated, no noise, excellent to a family for 4 person. Two different rooms with two comfortable bedrooms and whole structure in case you decide to have breakfast at hotel. Supermarket, bakery and pubs in the same street (10 meter from hotel).

Friendly and helpful, convenient location
If you have only carry-on size luggage, it's very walkable from Gare du Nord. We arrived in the morning and they let us leave our bags until we were ready to check in after dinner. It's a very small hotel but clean and modern. We stayed in a suite with a kitchenette that was fully equipped with china and utensils, pots and pans, a small dishwasher, a refrigerator, a microwave, a small IH cooktop, an electric kettle, and a Nespresso machine. We didn't cook but the microwave and refrigerator were really helpful for our family stay. There's a Franprix right next to the hotel and a very good boulangerie just a block away that's open early even on Sundays. At least two of the buildings along the street had scaffolding so it's hard to say what kind of neighborhood it was, but it felt normal (not the fanciest but certainly not dangerous). The Poissonnière metro station (line 7) is less than a minute away. It won't get you to Gare du Nord but it's a good starting point for most tourist attractions. The hotel is also only about a 20-minute walk from Montmartre. It's uphill going there but coming back is all downhill. The owners were very friendly, helpful, and flexible. It was a little pricey but so are most other hotel rooms that can sleep a family. It was money well spent for a very nice stay. We'd happily choose this hotel again the next time we visit Paris.

Very quiet for Paris -- I was on fourth floor Very friendly staff. Grocery and metro very close and convenient. Expedia listing says it has laundry. It doesn't There is a laundromat close by, but nothing in the hotel. This is why I gave 4 instead of 5 starts.

La struttura è in una posizione ideale, quartiere tranquillo ma con moltissimi servizi. Bella soluzione per famiglie con angolo cottura, camera e salottino con divano letto. Nessun accenno ai vantaggi VIP di Expedia.

The apartment is in a good area with a grocery store right next door along with a metro station within 100m. The apartment was clean and modern. The little kitchenette had everything we needed. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again on future visits to Paris.

交通の便が良かった。隣にスーパーがあり、重たい水を購入するには最適。また、小さなキッチンと食器類があるので、惣菜を買って食べることもできた。難点を言えば、電気コンロの火力弱く、コンロの換気扇もない。オーブンがない。ソファーベッどのクッションが柔らか過ぎて、体が沈み込み疲れが取れない。

Bien situado para visitar todo lo imprescindible de Paris, al lado de una estación de metro muy bien comunicada y también a una buena distancia andando del centro. Excelente atención en el hotel, solo diría que le falta un poco de menaje en el apartamento. Éramos 3 y solo había 4 platos, 4 tazas y 4 vasos, incluso solo 3 cucharas, por tanto tenías que poner el lavaplatos 2 veces para poder tener menaje para desayunar y cenar. Así que muy ecológico no era 😃

Struttura pulita, personale gentile, disponibilità gratuita di cialde per caffè, the/tisane e acqua. Il nostro alloggio era un po' piccolo per quattro persone, con il divano letto aperto non era possibile usufruire del tavolo per mangiare, se non due alla volta (anche perché c'erano solo due sedie). Nei dintorni ci sono diversi locali ed è vicino alle vie principali.

Suite familiale de bonne taille. La chambre parentale était très confortable et calme (côté cour). Salle de bain et toilette (à part) très propres. Une TV par pièce. Par contre, kitchenette vétuste et gros manque de vaisselle (par exemple 2 petites cuillères pour logement 4 personnes). Pas de pastilles lave-vaisselle et une poêle recouverte de gras. Autre déception, l’état du canapé convertible : Très abîmé avec un vieux matelas qui gondolait. Nos enfants ont mal dormi ! Enfin, la mésaventure de la douche, 3 chaudes et 1 glacée pour la dernière personne. Toujours désagréable d’avoir un arrêt d’eau chaude quand on est savonné de la tête aux pieds et de devoir se rincer à la bouilloire ! Réaction de la réception « on est au courant du problème, vous n’êtes pas la première ! ». Un peu léger et pas sérieux !
