Located near Place d'Italie, two minutes walk from the metro, the accommodation is composed:
- a living room with a double bed on the mezzanine,
- a double sofa bed,
- a bathroom with a toilet,
- a beautiful quiet and bright lounge area, ideal for relaxing after an intense Parisian day,
- and a small room in the basement, with a skylight overlooking the living room. This room is equipped with two bunk beds of one place each, with a cot, and gives access to a second bathroom.

It overlooks a street (old shop), but it is particularly quiet, without any nuisance. What is rare in Paris is that parking right in front of the apartment is very easy (paying from 09:00 to 20:00, except on Sundays and holidays).

You will have everything available to spend a great stay, namely: television, coffee machine, microwave, iron, hair dryer, washing machine, etc.
Please note that sheets and towels are included in the cleaning fee and a professional cleaning is carried out before and after each guest.

The apartment is in an area offering immediate proximity to shops and restaurants and you will be very well served by public transport, to stroll throughout the city and its surroundings.
For your everyday needs, you'll find a "Franprix" supermarket just a 2-minute walk away. And there's a "Bichet" pharmacy just a 4-minute walk away.
It is ideally located in the immediate vicinity of the tourist district of Les Gobelins, less than 15 minutes walk from the very tourist districts of the 5th arrondissement, such as:
- Rue Mouffetard,
- The Jardin des Plantes,
- The Great Mosque of Paris and many others.

## Emplacement
The 13th arrondissement of Paris is known for its Asian district, where many Chinese, Vietnamese, Cambodians and Laotians met. The north of the arrondissement is more "classical" and includes important institutions such as the Bibliothèque Nationale de France and the district of the Olympiades.
It also has the advantage of being near the Montparnasse station known to be surrounded by restaurants, bars, cafes and shops.
