Located on the ground floor of a secure building, this suite has been designed to offer a practical and comfortable setting.

The living area provides a welcoming space, featuring a comfortable sofa bed, a dining area, and a television. It’s a pleasant place to relax after a day in Paris or to spend time together with others.

The open kitchen, designed for everyday use, is equipped with a stovetop, an oven, a microwave, a Nespresso machine, and all the utensils you need to prepare your own meals in the comfort of your home.

The sleeping area includes two separate bedrooms, each with a double bed and storage space, offering peace and privacy to every guest.

The apartment features a modern bathroom equipped with a shower, toilet, and hair dryer—a real plus for a group stay.

For your comfort, the apartment provides Wi-Fi, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board, as well as bed linens and towels. A portable air conditioner is also available during periods of extreme heat.

Please note that construction work is currently underway in the building and may cause noise disturbances during the day.

The entire accommodation is reserved for your use, so you can enjoy a stay in complete privacy and independence.
