This apartment has been designed to offer a pleasant and functional stay in the heart of Paris.

The main room includes a cozy living area with a double sofa bed, a second sofa, and a television.

The kitchen, which opens onto the living room, is modern and equipped with a stove, oven, and Nespresso machine, allowing you to easily prepare your meals on site.

The sleeping area consists of two separate bedrooms, each equipped with a comfortable double bed and bedding suitable for resting after your days in Paris.

The bathroom has a shower, a vanity unit, complimentary toiletries (shower gel, shampoo), and a hairdryer. The toilet is located in the same room.

The apartment also has Wi-Fi, a washing machine, an iron, and bed linen and towels provided for each stay.

Additional information: The apartment is located on the ground floor of a secure building. It has no exterior windows and is lit entirely by artificial light, creating a calm atmosphere. Occasional construction work may take place in the building’s courtyard, which may cause noise during the day.

The apartment is entirely private for your stay. You will have access to the entire accommodation.

I am renting out part of my apartment to you and will welcome you personally upon your arrival, handing you the keys in person by appointment, until 8:00 p.m.

To ensure your arrival goes as smoothly as possible, please let us know your estimated arrival time in advance.

Arrivals after 8:00 p.m. are not possible, unless prior special arrangements have been made.

Located in the 2nd arrondissement, the apartment enjoys a very central location, ideal for exploring Paris on foot.

The neighborhood is lively and authentic, with many restaurants, cafés, bakeries, and local shops that make Parisian life so charming.

In just a few minutes on foot, you can reach the Marais, the Centre Pompidou, the Grands Boulevards, and the Opéra Garnier. The Louvre and the banks of the Seine are also easily accessible.

A particularly convenient location for enjoying the capital to the fullest.

The accommodation is very well served by public transport.

The Strasbourg–Saint-Denis, Sentier, and Arts-et-Métiers metro stations are nearby, providing quick access to different areas of Paris.

Several bus lines also run in the area. Vélib’ bike-share stations are available a few minutes away for easy travel by bike.

I welcome you to my home, in my apartment, as part of a bed-and-breakfast. Part of the apartment serves as my primary residence, and you will have your own private space during your stay.

-I will personally welcome you and hand you the keys in person by appointment, until 8:00 p.m.
-Breakfast is included in your stay.
-Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment. Parties and noise disturbances are not allowed.
-The apartment is not accessible to guests with limited mobility.
