'This was my second stay at the cabin. We used it as base camp for a few days of skiing at Crystal Mountain and Cabrefea. A beautiful setting with a layed back atmosphere. Great place to relax and unwind. I'll be back for sure!'

'I had an absolutely wonderful stay. When I arrived, it was becoming clear that it was going to snow overnight and then get very very cold. I was thankful to have restaurants and grocery stores close! After stocking up for the weekend, I just stayed put, and relaxed, and really enjoyed the view of the river as I sipped tea and let the world melt away. Didn’t get to XC ski or FatBike, I was just too cozy. Maybe next time. Definitely will be a next time. This was just what I needed:)'

'We enjoyed our stay. It was quite & peaceful. We were able to sit on the porch & watch the river flow by. We kayaked down to the property & it was a little tricky to get out there, so that could be improved. But it was a beautiful river trip! The bathroom is pretty dated but it was clean so we were ok with it. The Keurig did not work right so we contacted the homeowner and they delivered a new Keurig that day (thank you). We didn’t care for the fact we had to haul the bag of trash hanging out...

'The property was perfect for our needs. It was very clean and well equipped. We didn’t have time to go out on the lake, but everything was there for us…ready to go! The only downside was the dirt roads leading to the property. Be prepared for a very bumpy ride…lol…and watch for Amish horse and buggies. Once you get there it’s just beautiful…especially with the fall colors. Just gorgeous!!!'

'Overall great place and experience. Few things to note: There is no washer / dryer as described in the listing. The mattresses were hard as a rock, but I slept great anyways. The place was immaculately appointed and cleaned. The showers did not get more than luke warm, it sucked a bit. The water was hot everywhere else, but the showers while beautiful, also need to be hot. A few details need to be addressed, but I would go back once again.'

'The cottage was perfect for our trip. The bunk bed with a trundle was great for the teens while the adults were comfortable in the other two bedrooms (we didn’t have need for the Murphy bed in the living room, but if we had a larger group, it was another sizable bed!
