'We had a pleasant stay at the hotel for the past one week. This is the second time we stay here. The location is good, the room is clean and the staffs are very friendly. A little disappointed that the room we stayed, the shower heater is not hot enough. This is a non-smoking hotel. Unfortunately even with such a big NON-SMOKING signboard displayed at common area, we still came across hotel guests smoking at the corridor or outside their rooms. Hope that the management will take action on this...

'Within the check-in the lady asked us if we smoke, we answered we didn't. But still she needed to tell uthe rules about smoking, where to smoke, where not to smoke, the fines and so on. So the first impression was there, not quite good. check in was at 3 pm, we were a bit early so we went first into town for lunch. 2.15pm she called us, the room was ready for check in. Entering the room, there were no towels, so I needed to call to get some. There was no floor towel for after showering so...

'Nice clean hotel. However, very noisy at night as the soundproofing isn't that great (can hear noise from neighboring rooms as well as the street). My room's toilet did not have an exhaust fan installed (there was an exposed hole in the ceiling along with wiring for an exhaust fan), however to be fair the hotel staff did offer to fix it but I was not in the room at that time. This should have been done before we checked in. But all in all, I'm happy with the stay.'

'Never go back again. When I booked via your website showing on the near the city Centre only 1.4mile but wasn’t too close. We need to drive over 30 minutes to there and not to the property that was the reception of the check in. And also we have to wait someone to guide me to the property. So the location of the property and the distance showing on the Apps. It is totally wrong. Misleading customer. We’ve been the property which wasn’t ready to let the people stay that we had to wait to change...
