'Very quiet there is some construction going on. But the room was very clean beds were soft. I didn't like that the handicapped shower wasn't an adjustable shower. And I didn't get a wheelchair accessible shower where we can get into shower with the wheel chair to make it easier for a disabled person to enter the shower with out lifting their feet preventing a fall.'

I go to front desk ask if everything was ok, they acted like the guy was only there to pick up items for another location. English wasn't their main language, so I walked away.'

'The room is in need of several major repairs, the main being the bathroom as the shower/bathtub was not unusable. I have a couple of pictures to support my concerns and due to the bathroom issues I will be writing the corporate office for some type of compensation.'

'When we arrived the clerk seemed confused and hostile. When we got in the room the toilet was running constantly and loudly. When we asked for a new room, even though the place was only half full, he was hesitant to give us a new room, but eventually he did. When we went to shower in the new room, which had a filthy bathroom, the towels literally stank horribly and were dirty and moldy, and when we went to get clean towels the two people working there became very angry and refused to give us...

'It visibly looked like refurbished apartments. Our room had some graffiti in our room and it looked like somebody punched the shower wall. They could poor a little more revenue into upkeep and repairs.'

'The room was very clean, AC worked great, TV worked great but the downfall was that the bed was so high that the mattress was even with my waist and impossible for me to get onto it without using the desk chair to stand on! Also there's no dehumidifier, obvious because in the morning my clothes were cold from the AC but damp from the air.'

'I had a king suite and it was nice size. The closet was spacious, the bathroom was big and the kitchen was nicely appointed. Literally my only issue was they don't have ice machines -- instead they have you turn on the ice maker in your fridge when you first check in. I was there two nights and didn't have any ice to use.
