Gorgeous 2bd 2bth Ideal For All Things Park City!

This gorgeous condo is located on the free shuttle route, and only 1.9 miles from the base of Park City Mountain Resort. Additionally, it is right next door is the Park City Municipal Area Recreational Center (PCMARC), that offers a fully equipped gym, indoor tennis facilities, a track, a pool and more. The Park City MARC is also a main theater for the world-renowned Sundance Film Festival. Additionally, and perhaps most importantly, Park City Mountain Resort is less than two miles away!

The moment you enter the home you are greeted with a wide open floor plan. The stunning, and newly remodeled kitchen will sure impress the chef's of the family. Just past that warming reception you'll enter the main living area, offering a large, flat screen TV, with cable, a gas burning fireplace, and a large comfortable sofa made for kicking back after a long day playing on the mountains. Just off the living room is a patio made for summer activities. Enjoy grilling on the provided BBQ, or just cuddle up in one of the chairs and read your favorite book! From there, we go upstairs to the bedrooms. The master bedroom features a king sized bed, and a patio perfect for morning coffee. The guest bedroom features a queen sized bed. Shared between the two is a lovely remodeled bathroom, perfect for a quick shower before heading into town, or a long bath to soak those sore muscles. Then, on to the loft! NOTE: You must walk through the guest bedroom to get to the loft area. Like a second living room, the loft area is designed to give you a little space from your fellow travelers. Kick back and enjoy a good show. Or, if you must work on vacation (boo!), you can set up shop at the desk up there. Another full bathroom can be found in the loft area...no shortage of places to get ready here. Come and enjoy everything Park City has to offer while staying at RC6!

I will be available any time, day or night, via my cell (texts too!). However, I will respect your space, health, and your vacation, and limit any in-person interaction to the necessities. If you need anything, I'm just a phone call away.

The neighborhood of Park Meadows is known for its peace and quiet, and for its sprawling golf course. One of the most beautiful neighborhoods in all of Park City, the area offers expansive and dramatic views of the ski resorts. It is also known for being easily navigable, and near all of the attractions this charming ski-town has to offer.

Park City has a free shuttle bus that will take you all over! Fortunately for you, RC6 is located right on that bus route. However, if you chose to bring a car, there is plenty of outdoor parking in front of the condo. Uber/Lyft are always easy to get here as well!
Quiet hours after 10pm in Park City. Please be kind and courteous to your neighbors, too.

Great laocation right on the bus route. Nice accommodations with well stocked kitchen. Snowed alot while we were hthere and the walks and drive were well maintained.

We loved this property (close to everything), the rooms, bathrooms, living space and rockstar kitchen made our stay memorable. Rachel (property manager) is responsive and very professional. We can't wait to visit again soon!!!!

This was a fantastic home to rent for a month. Property management team is the best and goes above and beyond to meet your needs. The only area where the home could improve is the heating upstairs isa bit spotty and the front door probably needs an upgrade at some point. Also the shades above the sliding doors seem to be a hazard with younger kids. Otherwise we loved this spot and the location. We rented a car but the bus system is super helpful to have on busy weekends. Would love to buy this condo if possible :)

I stayed here for four nights with two of my girlfriends. Parking was easy, the house was just like the pictures. There are two sets of stairs, one to the two main bedrooms and then the loft is inside one of the bedrooms and has a couch and another bathroom. One note - for some reason one of the bedrooms was freezing and other other bedroom was normal. However, there was plenty of warm bedding, so sleeping at night even in the chilly room was not an issue for us. We just couldn't seem to figure out why it was so cold in that one room. We did not ski, or use public transportation, but were in the house just being together most of the time. We loved cooking and just hanging out and it's a very relaxing quiet place to stay. Would definitely stay here again.

Was a great experience staying here for Christmas. I could say a lot about the location that was great for us. Only things we really would have liked because we were just staying in the house all day and not skiing or going out is a more comfortable couch and bed. We purchased a bed topper and dealt with the couch. Then digging my vehicle out of 15” of snow in 3degrees was an experience so I wish we had access to the garage. Other than that everything else was great and we would definitely consider staying here again.
