Deze mooie vakantiewoning is gunstig gelegen naast de golfbaan (geprepareerde langlaufloipe in de winter) en golf in de zomer .... Op loopafstand (0. 25 mijl) naar Park City Mountain Resort en op de gratis Park City-bus systeem. Wij bieden een ruime 3-slaapkamer, 3. 5 badkamer condominium die comfortabel is geschikt voor maximaal 7 personen.

Volledig gerenoveerd in 2008, is het appartement afgewerkt in een berg chique stijl met rijke kastanje lederen meubels en een prachtige gestapelde stenen open haard. De keuken is voorzien van roestvrij stalen apparaten, granieten-tops, en knoestige els kasten. De stralingswarmte binnen de natuurstenen vloeren houdt je tenen warm recht uit de douche. Het appartement biedt ook high speed internet en een eigen wasmachine / droger. De open lay-out zorgt voor een comfortabele omgeving voor gezelligheid en ontspanning. Stel jezelf voor dat je vanuit je keuken in je eigen bubbelbad met lichte Utah-sneeuwvlokken om je heen kunt stappen, of in de zomer op een steenworp afstand van een prachtig zwembad om jezelf af te koelen en op te frissen na een geweldige dag wandelen, mountainbiken of golfen .. ..

(Er is een clubhuis zwembad aan de overkant van de oprit voor de zomer plezier) op loopafstand van beide hoeken zijn er mountainbike verhuur voor de zomer plezier of skiverhuur in de winter

Het gratis openbaar vervoerssysteem van Park City stopt voor de deur en biedt gemakkelijke toegang tot drie skigebieden van wereldklasse (Park City om de hoek, Deer Valley 3 mijl ten zuidoosten en de Canyons 3 mijl ten noorden), de historische hoofdstraat en Kimball Junction zonder de zorgen van met je auto rijden en beschikbare parkeerplaatsen vinden. Gelegen op de grens van de charmante oude stad met zijn vier-sterren restaurants, winkels van wereldklasse en unieke kunstgalerijen en slechts een sneeuwbal afstand van Fresh Market, Starbucks, en Krakers Brew Pub, de locatie is ideaal.

Ons thuis weg van huis biedt een inspirerend uitzicht op de bergen en alle voorzieningen die je zou verwachten in een luxe verhuur. Als de drie resorts in Park City zijn niet genoeg, Snowbird, Alta, Solitude, Brighton, Snowbasin en Powder Mountain zijn allemaal binnen een uur rijden. Family had a great time spring skiing at Park City and Canyons. The proximity to Mountain, town and supermarket were as described. The home was as expected with all of the amenities of home.

We’ve been coming to Park City for years now, as a family, and this condo had the very best location we’ve had yet! Out the front door, less than 100 yds, is a (free) bus stop that runs straight to downtown or the mountain. It’s also right across the main drag from a grocery store, so we did small runs there throughout the week. Fantastic!

Close to everything, easy walk to shuttle, clean and beautiful! We will definitely book here again! If you come to ski we brought our ski boots but decided to rent instead of checking our ski's on the plane. Cole's Sports was an easy walk and had high performance ski's to rent. The shuttle took us to Park City ski area and to Deer Valley. It is easy to use. Perfect place and location!

This property is in an excellent location! The space and layout is fantastic. Loved having a washer/dryer, well stocked kitchen, and pool/hot tub. Decor and carpet could be updated, but not a major concern during our stay.

Everything about our stay was great EXCEPT the house description states "Ski in Ski out access." This home is NOT "Ski in ski out." The home is very clean, very comfortable. The private hot tub was great the outdoor pool and hot tub were great BUT the fact that ski in/ski out was our first priority for booking was a HUGE game changer for us.

This condo was perfect for our annual ski trip. Located within walking distance from the free bus line and directly across the street from a grocery store, we couldn't have been happier. Bonus was the heated floor throughout the condo! No cold feet here.

Well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Kitchen well stocked with utensils lots of cookware coffee filters etc. It was also nice the cleaners left a lot spices, baggies, foil, plastic wrap etc etc that you always end up needing to buy. Only small negative is the primary bedroom is at the end of the 2nd floor and was rather cold in order to keep rest of house not too hot. Difficult to balance heat evenly but we just had extra blankets. Heated floors throughout most of house really nice too. Would stay again.

This Condo was convenient to the super market (across the street) Main street (0.9 miles walk), Park City lift (5 Min schlepping), Shuttles to all locations mentioned. This 3 bedroom condo had good sleeping arrangements and also good amenities for kitchen like spices, Foil, plastic wrap and all the utensils and dishes and pans! Also Sheets and blankets and pillows!The hot tub was a huge hit after skiing as well.We would stay again and recommend this Condo.

This condo has everything you need for a great stay, is located very close to grocery store, bus stop, ski rental shop! The hot tub was perfect after a day of skiing too. The property manager very quickly responded also. Each room has its own bathroom which is nice for a big group.

We loved our stay in PC! Our family made a last minute decision to get out of the heat and found this gem. The location was great, quiet little neighborhood with a pool and patio that opens right up to the golf course. The location is by the tee box so I didn’t have to worry about little kids playing outside and getting hit by stray golf balls. We rented bikes from ColeSport (in the same parking lot as this condo) and rode those all over PC. The condo was very clean and had plenty of kitchen supplies, towels, etc. I do recommend searching for things to do/activities and restaurants before hand because they do not provide a ‘local guide or activity guide’ that some vrbos come with. I luckily am a planner so this worked out, but we wouldn’t have known about the bike rental unless we explored the property. The only complaint was on the 3rd floor, it can get a bit warm/stuffy and the fan provided wasn’t safe with little kids. Recommend to open the windows at night which helps a bit to get airflow. I’m sure in the winter, this wouldn’t be a problem! Thanks again for a terrific stay! Would recommend.

Condo was just as listed. I appreciated that there was plenty of toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, cleaning supplies, and bath towels. The location was great. My only complaint is that the pool key did not work at all. We had to ask others to let us in. It seems that we should have had a code instead of a key. Also, the sofas in the family room need to be replaced. They were very uncomfortable. We would have liked a few other seating options in there as well. Overall we were very happy with this condo.

The 5 of us, all over 65, have been skiing Park City for the past 20 years. We have stayed at a number of condos but this one is the best. This will have been our third time staying at This condo and we are planning on returning again next year. Very clean, close to the Mountain, and great hot tub. John, the management company, was easy to reach and we had no problems with check in and out.

Our whole Family enjoyed the comforts and amenties this property offers! The kitchen was beyond equipped, the beds comfortable, and the layout allowed privacy for everyone to have their own space at the end of the day. There is nothing like sitting in the hot tub with ski hats on laughing with your Adult Kids about the adventures on the slopes! Followed by games in front of the fireplace! The heated floors were a nice touch for our Florida Feet and we appreciated the covered parking. The Hosts were very reponsive to the questions we had and they addressed a minor item very quickly. As a suggestion, I hope in the future they might consider making a "Book" similar to ones we've had at other VRBO's that is a central resource for all things related to the house - operating fireplace, closest grocery, map to show shortcut to the Mountain, restuarant suggestsions, etc.. Two tips for light sleepers like me - the master has small transome windows on top with no blinds so a sleep mask might help and the box fan can mask the early morning noise from snow plows and the mountain. We were very grateful for this special place to call "home" for a few days and we would definitely choose to stay there in the future.
