'We stayed 5 nights the last week of Oct. The house was wonderful and Cindy made a few changes to our rezy to allow us to enjoy the last of warm weather. The property is on a serious slope in the back and in my opinion, not something to tackle too easily for lake access. We're fishermen and were expecting the water level to be too low to use the dock, but we also didnt know the dock is a good deal away even if we could have. Ended up using the Baileys Point Campground to launch boats each day. 2...

'Our family stayed over spring break with 4 adults and 6 kids under 12. We had the best time. Kids enjoyed the game room, hot tub, large yard to play games in. And the fire pit with s’mores. Close enough to all the attractions in mammoth cave. We would do hiking trails and cave tours during the day and be relaxing at the house by late afternoon. The hosts were fantastic at communicating and answered any questions we had. Would rent again if we are ever back at Mammoth Cave.'

'The cabin was great for our whole family of 4 families. We all had a comfortable and clean place to sleep. Only downsides was that there wasn’t any room for kids to play in the yard, no direct access to water for fishing and fire pit area wasn’t very disable but again the house was fantastic and we did enjoy the entertainment room in the basement a ton!'

'We had a great time. Cabin had everything we needed. We noticed right away how clean everything was. It was decorated very cute and we loved the four seasons room. Enjoyed the beautiful lake views and had a fun time exploring Mammoth caves. We also did the waterfall hike at the state park just down the road.'

'The cabin was very nice. Back in the woods and very secluded. Kids loved the playground, parents made bonfires every night. Make sure to bring a lighter and newspaper to start your fires. We had 6 people in our group in it accommodated all of us comfortable. Our girls (4 and 6 year olds) slept in the twin bed in the little nook right by the king bed upstairs. Our other 2 guests stayed in bed downstairs. Another nice feature it’s about half mile away from Nolin Lake Damm and they got a nice steam...

'We really enjoyed our time at Lakeside Dreams. It was quiet and peaceful. The water levels are down quite a bit in the winter so may want to check that out if you plan to use the lake much but our kids had fun skipping rocks into the lake nonetheless. The property was clean and as advertised. Our only snag was that we didn't receive the door code and upon arrival had trouble getting into the home for a few mins. This was quickly corrected by a fast response from the property manager.'

'Loved the Robins Nest. Lovely inside and out. The porch was relaxing, Bed (we only slept in the downstairs one) was super comfortable, beautifully decorated, clean, comfortable. We were there to go to Mammoth Cave, and it was about 30 minutes away, so convenient and yet not overrun with other tourists. The neighborhood was peaceful. There are not a lot of food options or even grocery stores nearby, so plan ahead with that. Otherwise, we'd gladly book this again.'
