'Zeer comfortabel, hotel shuttle en onsen. Ruime kamer, smaakvol ingericht'

'It was a wonderfully unique experience to stay at this Japanese hotel with a private onsen bath in our room. I would recommend staying at least 2 nights as it is in a remote location 40 min from downtown Kanazawa. They have a free shuttle to and from Kanazawa that you need to organize with the hotel. The multi-course Japanese breakfast in a private room was a treat. The staff was very responsive and helpful despite not speaking much English. We had to make quite a few changes and they were quite...

'The staff was impeccable, the room was lovely and peaceful, the food was phenomenal. I felt like a queen here. Gardens and onsen are top notch. Service was perfect. I cannot wait to return!!'

'Upon our arrival we were welcomed by the manager Bill who made us feel welcome. He showed us and told us the things we needed to know. Though the apartment isn't big, it was quite complete and looked very new and nice. The bedroom had 2 double beds that were a little too small for 2 adults. Also a readinglight would have been nice, but we noticed that that isn't common in Japan. But there was enough closet space, which we liked. The location was good. There was a nice shopping center on walking...

'original und authentisches Ryokan. Super sanitäre Anlagen, Chef sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Gute zentrale Lage'

'Geweldige locatie en super behulpzaam personeel. Tip, vraag de receptie om leuke uitstapjes en eetgelegenheden. Ontbijt was ook erg goed.'

'I am not sure what to write. Location perfect for sightseeing, free parking, spacious room (the suite), quiet (good sleep) and clean. Communication with owner upfront good. We had a request for a more continental breakfast and it was hard to explain. Must say, staff tried their best to meet our wishes. Bed was a bit hard for us, but that is personal taste. In the end nothing to complain and a lot of pro’s but we didn’t feel it, but no cons so if you search in this location, this is a good hotel...

'Really nice stay and very close to most of the touristic places. Breakfast has a nice selection of both Western and Japanese options. Rooms are tidy and staff very helpful with all the extra needs.'

'Room is well designed, with a big bathroom. Breakfast is very good with a lot of choice.'

'Clean and convenient location. Room was quite large and comfortable, although bed was hard and not too comfortable. '

'Lekker ontbijt en een goede ligging.'

'We had a great stay here. Convenient location. Hitty gave us a nice tour of the property and booked our bus tickets to shirakawa-go which we might not have got otherwise. Perfect.'

'Wij hebben een zeer fijn verblijf gehad. Zeer hartelijke ontvangst en bediening. De kamer was schoon. Leuke extra’s tijdens verblijf'

'2泊お世話になりました。 館内はとても綺麗で、清潔感があり、気持ちよく過ごすことができました。朝食は品数も豊富で、どれも美味しく最高でした！お風呂も気持ちよく、旅の疲れを癒やすことができました。4人部屋も使いやすく、みんなで快適に過ごせたのもよかったです。 また金沢を訪れる際には、ぜひ利用したいと思います。ありがとうございました。'
