'Parking is excellent, in a convenient location. Rooms are non-smoking, but there were smells of smoking.'

I slept soundly and rested well in the hotel after a hectic weekend. I would like to suggest to the management to work on the elevator and keep it tidy. The floor of the elevator is old with a lot of cracks. The strong and unpleasant smell in the hallway also needs to be checked.'

No hair dryer, hallway smelled like a dog pound, noisy dog all night down the hall, outside security door was unlocked, TV remote was missing battery cover and batteries kept falling out, there was a plastic glove on the floor of the room when I walked in (not sure what that was about), room phone was stained- maybe coffee- I wasn't going to use it, but it looked awful, no kleenex provided.'

I sent a message asking if they could clarify a couple of small details relating to the area and mentioned that i would be checking out a day earlier (not asking for a refund) as i had booked an extra day by mistake. 2 months later i received a reply. 'I was charged for smoking in my room I don’t smoke my son was lefted behind he kept going outside to smoke so I was blamed for the smell of smoke I wasn’t there I had to go to work'

'Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The staff were not helpful or welcoming, and the property had a bad smell throughout. The room was not in great condition and did not meet my expectations. I hope the management improves the cleanliness, room quality, and customer service for future guests.'

'The place is a converted warehouse. It was creatively layed out with an open concept. I felt very at home while there.My wife also enjoyed the space less the shower. The shower is completely open air.a and for her it was a bit public even though there is a door for the bathroom. The neighborhood is safe but there is very little to walk to but there are alot of good food places and bars just a short drive away.'

Did not use couch as stated and doubled up on bed which was tight squeeze. Felt like you were going to fall out of bed with any movement. Okay for one night stay but...

'I loved the rooms, the ambiance of the building. It was located in a very central spot in Providence and easy to access by car when my friends came to pick me up.'
