'We stayed two night for the Bruno Mars concert because of the convenience to the stadium. For the first night, the cost was close to $600. We ran into a few issues. One, the room was not cleaned after our first night, so when we came back to relax in the evening, we had to wait for a half hour for the housekeeper to clean. The second day, the pool was closed. The sign said it was because of a regular maintenance. When I talked to the front desk stating I wish I knew ahead of time of my booking,...

'I was pleasantly surprised how wonderful my stay was. From the greeting when I arrived to checkout all interactions with positive and friendly. The room and property was clean and maintained. I love that there was EV charging that was reasonably priced. The parking lot was well lit at night. Breakfast was fresh and plentiful. I will definitely stay again. I would love to see an offer for repeat stays if so, you would lock in my loyalty. '

'Beetje gedateerd maar echt schoon, zowel de kamer maar ook de toiletten van het hotel, heel netjes! Veel eetgelegenheden in de buurt en vlakbij het State Farm Stadium. Personeel bij de front desk was heel vriendelijk, vooral Ladonna. Zij heeft ons heel goed geholpen, niets was teveel. Omgeving is ook mooi, netjes, verzorgt. Er is ook genoeg gratis parkeergelegenheid. Enige minpuntje was het ontbijt; weinig keus en heel simpel maar verder zou ik dit hotel zeker aan bevelen.'

'Surrounding area may look scary, but building requires key to get in at certain times. Also,it’s near a lot of great restaurants that I discovered through Uber Eats. They also have a nice vending machine with different food items. Wish the selection had more items. Not sure how often housekeeping cleans rooms but we had stuff left over from prior guests (stuff was left in the fridge in both rooms which wasn’t a big deal). We didn’t need consistent housekeeping, but hotel desk said we could ask...

'I like staying at this hotel when I am in Phoenix/Avondale. I only had 1 complaint that I was supposed to have a room refresh after 3 days and that didn’t happen until the 5th day. My trash was overflowing and I ran out of towels. I asked the front desk staff and indicated I needed towels and it didn’t make a difference. It still took them 5 days to refresh my room.'
