'We stayed there for 3 nights and the basement suite was very clean and well decorated. It felt welcoming and cozy and we found it was a very good price for the area and the space we got. Just like any basement to a house you can hear steps from the people above but it is very well insulated so it was very minimal. I definitely recommend anyone to stay there for a few nights perfect for a couple or single people.'

'This is a home away from home, you have a seperate entrance, with a smart lock, you go down a staircase, and it's a seperate living area, complete with bedroom, with queen sized bed, a bathroom, a kitchen, living room, and a small kitchen table nook. A great price for 2 nights, on weekdays.'

'The place was clean, host was very nice. There was some small things that didn’t go as planned. One was that there is a family living upstairs but they were quiet for the most part, they were loud sometimes but not too bad. There was a kid that came downstairs and opened the bedroom door while we were sleeping but the host took care of it quickly. They also only put three forks when there were four of us staying and other small things like that. Overall very nice place and would definitely stay...
