'The house was very clean and cute inside. The kitchen was well equipped for our month long stay. The beds were comfortable. We stayed during very hot weather. The house stayed cool without excess use of the air conditioners. The only negative is the parking. The front gravel could possible hold a fourteen foot boat if you are very good at backing up a trailer. Fortunately the neighbor across the street will rent his parking area for a very nominal fee. 'We had a great time at the Road Runner Resort. The house was clean and well equipped with all we needed. Would have loved to spend time on the upper deck, but it was a bit cold and also the chairs were dirty. I can see how, as there are birds everywhere and it would be impossible to keep it clean. We were glad there weren't a lot of people as we happened to be right next to the pool and it might have gotten noisy, but would still have been fun! 'House is 2 houses in one which I didn’t realize when booking. We literally had an adult kitchen and a kids kitchen and living room. Everything was great. House was well equipped with pretty much everything you need. Trash take out was confusing but the agent was helpful with that at the end of our stay. House is pretty spectacular. '

'Our recent stay was magical - memories made for sure. From time of arrival to checkout everything was perfect. Candee is exceptional at communicating and keeping her guests updated. The house is more of a home than a rental it contained everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Candee assisted me with planning some adventures during our stay her recommendations were spot on. 'The community is really cute and the locaiton is perfect. Having the bar/restaurant on the property along with a little strip of beach and a pool made everything so easy, you didn't have to leave the property if you didn't want to! The unit itself was small but designed so well it totally worked with two couples. We especially liked the outdoor space, the upstairs deck was perfect for nights after a long day on the water.
