'We had an amazing time!! Hosts were incredibly responsive, the place was stocked with beyond anything we could have needed. Access to kayaks and paddle boards was special and so fun to be directly on the water. Our dog was also incredibly happy with all the exploring and swimming she got to enjoy. This place is a gem!'

The only downside is that you cannot park at any of the cottages, so you have to park at main lobby and get a cart to tow all your stuff to your place. for anyone with a disability or walking issues, that could be problematic unless they will provide assistance, and I think that might be possible. 'Very clean room. Rented a small boat from them and took our dogs with us; they loved being on a boat! Beautiful views of the water and assateague lighthouse right from the property, especially at sunset. We paid for the water taxi to take us to a secluded beach for a few hours. The dogs got to run in the sand, and we saw the wild horses on the same shore as us maybe 100 yards away! The staff was very attentive.'

'I was a little surprised by the condo. It is an older property, but well-kept. The slider for the front door took me by surprise, and everything was fine once I figured out the key box in the dark. Next time, I need to remember to bring shampoo. It wasn't super clear what parking was on the property. Again, it was dark, and I found a spot that worked great. The place was perfect for a single guy wanting to explore the Chincoteague Wildlife Refuge. '

'The location of this property was perfect. Though it was nestled near neighbors, it was quiet and felt private. We were able to ride our bikes into town easily and didn’t have to drive during our stay. Great accommodation for a low-hassle trip. We brought our own bedding and towels.'

'The Brass Crab is a fantastic house for a family vacation. While not overly large, it comfortably fit 4 adults and 2 young children. The kitchen was appropriately stocked and there were plenty of baby items so you don’t have to pack your own. The house was extremely clean. While we didn’t use the backyard, it is a nice large flat yard to play outside. The host was very friendly and helpful with answering questions about the area. Definitely recommended. '

'A wonderful little place!! Cozy, clean, comfortable, and convenient to everything. Communication with the hosts was very quick and easy. Perfect place for my husband and me. Love eating out, but with a little planning (we brought some basic food items, a Dash egg maker, hot pot, and griddle/panini maker) we were able to eat in as well.
