'We stayed 4 nights. The floor in the entrance hall is old and looks tired. When we checked out we were surprised by the amount to be paid extra. We were charged an outrageous amount for 8 small bottels of Evian water. The water was placed everyday on the side of the wash basin and not in the minibar so we assumed these bottels to be complimentary. It is very dangerous in Bogota to take a cab randomly in the streets so we asked the hotel to call us a cab every time we went out. Turned out we paid...

'The included breakfast breakfast was amazing. Great coffee bar and great lounge area to read a book and watch people.'

'Checkout taking way too long. Other than that, the facilities are fine'

'Nice hotel, recommend '

'Alles Toppp'

'Good stay, also good food. Service at breakfast a bit awkward sometimes, more proactive approach would have been nice. Fitness missed fitness mats and cleaning for after use (I'm pretty exigent about the fitness accomodities)'

'The staff was attentive and pleasant. The rooms were cleaned nicely and the food was quite good. The only slight negative was it was on a main street so the traffic noise at night could be a little bit too much.'

'Great hotel, very nice staff and a la carte breakfast included. Very good value for money. Comfortable rooms with amazing bed. '

'Good clean room in good neigherhood'
