'Tivemos um pequeno mal entendido em nossa chegada, onde não havia uma terceira cana ou um sofá- cama para meu filho de 17 anos que estava junto a mim e minha esposa no mesmo quarto. Mas após mostrar minha confirmação do Hotéis.com o colaborador Ignácio e o gerente do hotel aceitaram prontamente meus argumentos e prepararam rapidamente o quarto com mais uma cama de solteiro. 'O Hotel é uma graça, com a recepção em uma casa rústica com ares do campo. Porém os quartos estão em uma instalação nova, sendo que o quarto é gigante. Ficamos em um com dois ambientes, separados com parede e porta, ficando assim com privacidade. Caberiam quatro pessoas com comodidade e ainda sobraria espaço. 'This is a nice hotel around a convenient area. The staff was friendly and knowledgable. As others have mentioned, there is a small issue with the shower and the floor getting wet. The restroom where the toilet is is enclosed but doesn’t have a vent. Other than those 2 things, everything else was great. Breakfast was good with a variety of items. Room service was convenient. '

'When we arrived they first gave us a room that wasn’t even cleaned and the bed not done after prior guets left. The guy at the reception was very kind and gave us immediately a new room.

The breakfast restaurant seems to be used by everyone including businesspeople for meetings so not everything is on display meaning each time you want a coffee fill up you have to either wait or go searching for a waiter, who often disappear, to request it, and I think you can ask for scrambled eggs but this was never made clear like in other hotels. 'We were unfamiliar with the posada concept but recommend it warmly. The room was spacious and comfortable with a small kitchen. The garden is lovely and has a clean pool. The staff were exceptionally helpful and went the extra mile to look after their guests. Instead of serving breakfast, guests receive vouchers for a group of cafes nearby. It was a thoroughly good system that worked very well. I’d definitely go back if I visit Mendoza again. Thank you, all. '

'We loved our stay here. The staff could not be nicer or more helpful. We were greater with a bottle of wine, fresh fruit and toasts. There is coffee in the room and a small kitchenette. The pool is nice, perfect for a quick dip. We loved sitting outside in the courtyard with a glass of wine. Quiet neighborhood about 8 blocks away from the restaurants and night life. There is free access to a gym near by plus vouchers for breakfast. All and all a lovely stay!

The Park Hyatt Mendoza has a rich history that goes back to the beginning of the 20th century. You can see and feel that when you enter. The hotel is located in a historic building that was originally built in 1902 as a casino, the Palacio Sol.
Over the years, the building was renovated and remodeled, and in 2001 it reopened as the Park Hyatt Mendoza. It still combines the charm and grandeur of the original architectural design with modern amenities and comfort. Located in the heart of the city, the hotel offers stunning views of the Andes.
From the moment you arrive, you feel welcome: your suitcases are taken from the taxi and neatly brought to your room. The rooms are spacious, the beds sleep wonderfully and the bathroom is truly exquisite. The breakfast is extensive, especially by Argentine standards. I was finally able to order an omelette, poched benedict or fried egg! The staff are super friendly and make sure you have everything you need! "
