'Beautiful accommodations & super close to the airport! The host was responsive & the room we stayed in was beautiful. I highly recommend staying here! Although my work trip was short, it was nice to come back and rest at this decorative place after a long day of work. The TV in the room allowed me to watch my shows & the mini fridge kept my water cool since it was warm outside. The cold water helped. The shower was clean & the bed was comfortable & awesome. '

'This is a beautiful oasis in the old town of Merida. We stayed here for 3 nights and we could not have felt more pampered, relaxed and happy. Steve and Jordy and their Yucatecan staff are incredibly sweet and welcoming, the place itself is like a dream, our Balam room was very comfy and had everything, including a hammock! We are very happy we stayed here and will certainly do so again whenever destiny takes us to Merida again. Thank you dear people, you made our Merida stay unforgettable.'

'Un excellent séjour dans cette hospedaje charmante, avec un personnel au petit soin. Un bémol sur le lit un peu petit 130 ou 140.. On conseille tout de même cet endroit, à 15 min à peine du zocalo et de la station de bus Centro historico.'

'Hotel Zamna is een verborgen juweeltje. Het is gelegen in een rustige straat waar je de auto kan parkeren en op nog geen 10 minuutjes wandelen ben je in het drukke centrum van Merida. We hadden een zeer mooie verzorgde kamer, niet zo groot maar we waren dan ook met vier. De kamer had een prachtige badkamer. Het hotel heeft een mooie patio met in het midden een verzorgd zwembad. We hadden een supervriendelijk ontvangst. Je kan frisdrank en bier uit de frigo nemen en nadien betalen, dit gaf...

'Zeer sfeervol gezellig famie hotel. Smaakvol ingericht. Bijzonder aardige mensen en goed uitgebreid ontbijt. Ze zijn momenteel wel aan het verbouwen dus overdag veel herrie. Goede lokatie, geen geluidoverlast 's nachts en alles op loopafstand te doen met parkeergelegenheid.'

'This is one of the best small hotels I have ever stayed in. The property is gorgeous -- a beautiful blend of historic architecture with modern touches. The staff was always pleasant and happy to answer questions about restaurants, things to do, etc. The location is great too -- slightly west of the main tourist core in Santa Lucia, so a bit quieter, but still easy to walk to restaurants, shops and the Plaza Grande.'

'Beautiful, well decorated room with high ceilings!! A huge window that leads out to a private balcony with small table and chairs. Room was on the 2nd floor. The bed was super comfortable and had handcrafted pillow cases and runners. The bathroom had high ceilings, beautiful lighting and best smelling lotion. Rain shower with a sweet smelling conditioner I fell in love with. Front desk people were super friendly and helpful. There is someone at the desk 24/7. Love pool and hammocks. Walking...
