'We had the pleasure of staying a week at this offering and enjoyed every moment of it. It is private and very easily accessed on the hill overlooking the Quepos marina and beaches. It is located within the grounds of Las Cascadas boutique hotel and parking is on the secure private grounds. The brothers Dylan and Brandon run the place and were wonderful to us and always available to help in any way. They were very helpful to recommend and choose excursions that best fit our hoped for adventures....

'From the very beginning, the views were incredible and the place was clean!! You get access to the beach via the hotel next door along with their pools, restaurant and casino! The condo was WAY bigger than expected and the open layout is perfect for a beach getaway!! All the things you could want and need for a week or two or three stay, is there!'

'We had an amazing stay! Itza was very accommodating, and had wonderful recommendations. The house was absolutely beautiful and was just as fantastic as the pictures. As we were not the only guests in the house and weren’t booked in the main house we didn’t have access to the pool, but Itza generously allowed us to use the pool before the other guests arrived. There is nothing I would have changed it was a wonderful experience.'

'House is just as the pictures show. Plenty of space and attentive support from the management company. The area was a nice staging point for exploring the southern region. As can happen, the power went out one night for a bit, but they had candles already there so we swam in the pool by candlight, which isn't a bad way to spend an evening.'

"Very nice hotel and 2 pools. Great views and daily monkeys passing by. Service is excellent. Be aware that it is very steep there, so walking can be an exercise. The room we had needs clearly an update with a rusty mirror and appliances. "
