'We were 3 friends who stayed at this beautiful villa in May. The lcoation was very quiet and peaceful. We spend all of our days lounging around the pool, the pool beds were very comfortable and there was a lovely shaded seating area, if the sun got to much. The views in the evening were stunning. Everything you needed to make lunch was available in the kitchen. Our host evening got us some shopping in as our flight was arriving late in the evening. 'Great villa providing all amenities we could need for our stay. Well equipped kitchen, spacious accommodation and clean, comfortable rooms. The views in particular were a real highlight, something beautiful to look at from every room. Hosts were great with communication, very fast to respond and get the property manager on site if needed. We will definitely be coming back!'

'The villa it self was beautiful it Ticked all the boxes in terms of rooms swimming pool views etc , however for a party of 12 the house itself was big enough but the pool got a little crowded. 'The villa was just as we had been told. The views were spectacular - the blue Mediterranean and distant islands without any distracting lights of other habitations visible - and complete quiet in the evening and all through the night which was greatly appreciated at the end of a day’s activities. 'We had a lovely holiday in this great villa. The villa is beautifully situated high up in the mountain outside of Kalkan where it is slightly cooler and with lovely views. The villa is extremely well equipped, it was very clean and the outdoor space is lovely. It's very peaceful whilst only a 10-15 minute drive into Kalkan. The local restaurants in Islamar are well worth a visit too.'

There is a Villa under construction directly next door , despite building works being suspended from 15 th of May, the builders unfortunately disregarded this on several occasions , a call to Umit , the site agent , who contacted the construction company put a stop to it eventually . 'Mehmet organised everything from the start. He arranged a pick up from the airport and was waiting for us at the villa when we arrived. He helped to organise taxis during our stay and was generally so helpful. EXCELLENT HOTEL, EXCELLENT SERVICE AND STAFF!
"Very good and lovely familyhotel, everything was EXCELLENT! Our "Comfort" room was very neat, modern and clean, with balcony and 2 separate beds with mountain view , and very quiet situated and only 1 minute walking to the shopping and restaurant area. Good beds, the customer service was perfect of ALL the staff! Byvthe way, our pillows were quite thick so we asked the cleaning lady for thin pillows; also this was no problem and she immediately gave us these! All the staff is willing to help you! In my case, the first day I wanted an omelet with mushrooms for lunch while sitting near the swimmingpool, normally they serve this only for breakfast, but also served this for lunch. They didn't have mushrooms that day, but they told me they would buy it so I could eat it for the next day. And they kept their promise! We went there for 2 nights and 3 days. After checking out at 11:00 am, it wasn't any problem at all to use the swimmingpool until we left at 14:00 pm. (We asked politely.) At the last day, the breakfast also offered very tasty cookies. So I asked the cooking staff if I could buy some of these to take home. But surprise! They gave me a whole box of these cookies as a gift, it wasn't even necessary to pay for it! How lovely was this, such a nice gesture! I also asked the recipe of these cookies, also they sent me this. So thank you very much for your effort and service Aygül Yüksel Mikayil! It was a very pleasant stay here in Kaş, and we very much recommend this hotel! "
