This property has limited food variety for vegetarians. No consideration for diabetics, asked for sugar free and were blindly refused as they don’t know nothing. Upon check out, they checked the room for any damages, but found one tea spoon missing 😤 They tried to charge but after haggling with the staff at reception he eventually agreed. You are only allowed two tea bags or coffee a day, strange. Better take your own with you if you book this hotel.

Das einzig gute war, dass wir unsere Zimmer etwas früher erhalten haben. Frühstücksazswahl war mäßig und leider war im poolwasser was drin, was unsere Haut schmierig und die Badesachen gelblich orange gefärbt hat. Nachdem wir es mit dem Management besprochen hatten kam auch keine Rückmeldung bzw Entschuldigung.

If you’re looking for a clean basic hotel, this is a great option. The pool bar guys were lovely. The reception was polite. I wasn’t wow-ed by the experience, nor was I upset by it. It’s a place to stay with decent drinks and a pool. The breakfast was average - no egg station. We ended up eating outside of the hotel.

Utmerket hotell med god beliggenhet.
Hadde familierom med to soverom og to bad. Rommet var overraskende stort, og standard som godt kunne vært 5-stjerners. Også frokostbuffeten var meget god med mange valgmuligheter og høy standard. Bassengområdet trekker ned opplevelsen av luksus. Beliggenheten er også fin, hvor det meste i Patong er innen gangavstand.

La chambre très correcte, bonne literie mais un peu dure, hotel au calme et bien placé au centre de patong. À 800 mètres de la rue de forte activité^^ Ce qui ne nous a pas plu: très petit balcon, personnels pas toujours agréables, encore moins en au check-out, alors qu’à l’arrivée ils nous ont gentiment monté nos bagages (150 baths pour une tongue tombée du balcon, 100 baths pour un verre de salle de bain cassé) Piscine très peu profonde Le nettoyage était bien fait, cependant plusieurs fois le personnel a oublié le papier toilette ou de nous fournir des serviettes. Une serviette personnelle est tombée du balcon et a atterri sur le sol, personne ne la retrouvée.

バスルームはゆったり。3階の部屋直結のプール部屋でしたが、ゴルフから帰ってシャワー浴びてそのままプールでクールダウンでき最高でした。 大晦日部屋からは派手な花火見えませんが、9階屋上から大量のランタンと市内各地で上がる花火を満喫。 朝食は6:30からで、前日に頼むとテイクアウトも用意してくれるので、早出の人には便利かと。 ベランダに物干しはありますが太い竹でできた三段の梯子状のものなので、自分で洗濯するには不向きかも。

In the heart of town which means noise throughout the night. If it's Convenience you are looking for, this place is. If you want quiet while you sleep, you may be unhappy. Breakfast was delicious with a large variety of options.
