seen better days
the hotel has seen better days, I stayed in the honeymoon suite and whilst the views were great the state of the room was below average. Things were broken down and a bit dirty, obvious need for replacements. The breakfast was not 5 star worthy, but the pools were lovely. The hotel is spread out over a big hill so might not be suitable for those incapable of taking a lot of stairs.

Vreselijke tegenvaller. Zeer slechte staat. Gelukkig wel alle begrip van het management die ons tegemoet zijn gekomen met het anuleren. Hebben ons geld terug gekregen en hebben een ander Hotel geboekt

Hotel met een prachtig uitzicht
Een zeer net hotel met een prachtig uitzicht over de baai en Patong. Het hotel is op loopafstand van het centrum en het strand, maar op voldoende afstand om geen last te hebben van het uitgaanspubliek in het centrum Patong. Goede service, 24/7 staat er iemand klaar om je naar de hoger gelegen kamers te brengen met een busje.

No staff to help with luggage upon arrival. We had 5 luggages with 3 kids and a stroller, lugged our own luggage up a flight of stairs to lobby. Waited over 30 minutes to get checked in. This resort is huge with very limited shuttle carts so it was extremely inconvenient to get to places within the resort. There is also no elevator. Morning of check out we called front desk at 6:30am for someone to help with our luggage. Waited 30 minutes, called again and staff finally came 10 minutes after calling the second time. Needless to say we didn’t have time to have breakfast and was in a major rush because of the delay from staff. How this resort markets themselves as 5 star is beyond me. Do not recommend this resort.

Good location and views
The staff were very friendly. Check in/out was simple enough. The location is excellent. There are a few pools. It pretty much has everything you could need. We had the honeymoon room. It was our actual honeymoon but no real fuss was made for us. The rooms are slightly dated. Overall it was an interesting excellent stay. The only negative was our room was quite far from the actual lobby but that is at the cost of some excellent views. The hotel do provide transport from your room so you can use this if needed. I’m still easy to book tours and taxis from the lobby

This is just solely based on my experience. When I first checked in the room was half way cleaned. I had no towels and there were strands of hair on the pillows. I don’t think they ever dust. Where the head lamp was at was extremely dirty and dusty. I’ve stayed a total of 6 days. I asked for an iron or steamer because one was not in my room. I never received it, even after being reassured that one will get to me. I asked everyday for an iron and never received it. In my room there seemed to be some type of plumbing issues with the toilet. After every like 5 flushes the toilet gets clogged. The bed wasn’t the most comfortable but I can look past that. The jacuzzi on the balcony needs major renovation. I used it one time and the paint from the jacuzzi from where my skin was in contact with the jacuzzi, peeled off and was stuck into me. I did like location of the hotel. There’s a 7-11 right outside the property, which was convenient. It’s about a 5-10 ride to patong beach and bangla road. The food was also mediocre. Not the best but definitely not the worse. Overall, would I stay here again, probably not. Do I recommended this hotel? No I do not.

工作人員散慢的、不能直達樓層要嘥時間等接駁車、沒有電梯上樓層、早餐選擇不多也不好吃!
今次真的中伏了,Check in 足足用了一個半小時,已經有4個工作人員做Check in, 但十分之亂,排隊已經排了半小時,是一個中年服務員幫我做check in, 我也再次說明我訂的是2床海景房,他說清楚,再等了廿分鐘才有專車車我們那座,因為每座也要座接駁車,入房後發覺是一床房,但Bell boy已經離開,我們只有步行落去lobby, 再同那個中年男服務員說,給錯了房,他沒有道歉,還將我們交給其他工作人員,我們又再等她安排房間,又等了大半小時,今次給我們要行樓梯上房間的房,bell boy開房後看見景觀比之前嗰間差距很大,變了down great 咗,每次出街也要行一大段路才能到達lobby,因為洒店沒有shutt 去市區,每次也要call的士,交通費也用了不少,因為離芭東也要十五分鐘車程,就算自己有車都要拍在lobby外的車位再要乘坐接駁車到自住那座,到最後走的時候要提著大行李落樓梯再等接駁車去lobby check out,但等了10分鐘也沒有接駁車,我們推着行李行一大段路到lobby,而三天早餐也只吃了第一天,兩天也不吃酒店的早餐,實在選擇不多,也不好吃,這三晚真的住得十分之不便及不愉快!我不會再選擇這間酒店!

Upon entering our room, we were overwhelmed by the smell of paint, and then we noticed the paint stains on the floor, and it was a room that were newly painted for high season, and immediately people get stuffed in there. They should clean the rooms thoroughly and make sure the toxic fumes are completely gone before letting people stay in there. Also, the shower drain needs to get declogged. The water flooded the bathroom because hair built up in the drain preventing water to flow freely when taking a shower. Also on the balcony, the tea table was covered with cement, the builders probably lived in that room.

Hotel désuet et malpropre. À l'arrivée un depot de 2000 baht en argent comptant fut demandé alors qu'il n'y avait aucune mention à cet effet lors de la réservation. Les escaliers et passages sont sales et la chambre est très ordinaire. Personne n'a le goût d'utiliser la mini piscine sur le balcon dont la peinture est à moitié pelé et la salubrité très discutable. La toilette a bloqué tous les jours ce qui semble normal pour eux. Nous avons soupé au restaurant de l'hôtel un seul soir et malgré le fait que nous étions seulement 2 couples dans le restaurant après plus de 40 minutes d'attente le repas que nous avons reçu ne correspondait pas du tout à la commande et plus de 20 minutes plus tard un des 2 repas ne convenait toujours pas. De plus, même si il s'agit d'un très grand complexe, la carte de crédit n'est pas acceptée. Au moment du check out tout est payable est argent comptant, aucune carte de crédit acceptée. Désolé, mais cet hôtel devrait etre un 2 étoiles, à vous de voir!

There is a lot of construction on the property. Lots of noise, dirt, exposed construction areas and debris. I do not recommend staying here for now. Maybe next year when all upgrades are done this will be a nice place. For now I would recommend staying somewhere else. Even if you complain the staff won’t help you much. They do have a nice breakfast and upper pool area. If you are staying in the area above the big upper pool you will be ok. Anywhere lower than the upper pool save yourself a big disappointment. Lots of other properties to stay at around here.

Resort is lovely, staff were very attentive. Room was a little bit worn, but in a tropical climate, that’s to be expected. Air condition worked amazingly! Food was delicious too and not over the top expensive. Lots of different choices at the buffet breakfast. The resort is on the side of a mountain so does have a lot of stairs, but you can get shuttle from rooms to lobby.

We stayed In the honeymoon room 1 king bed with an out door jacuzzi tub on the balcony .... way too hot and dusty to use the jacuzzi tub so its useless ...roooms are very out dated and have alot of moldy smells ... we kept finding dark black hairs short and long all over the bed and room .. we both have dyed blond hair so we knew it wasnt ours. Towels are extremely thin and tearing at the corners This reflects the low price of the hotel... If you can overlook all that then its a great hotel in a great location close to all the main tourist attractions and night life.. Breakfast was basic ..pool was nice staff were friendly.. hotel is set on a steep hill so required mini trucks to take you from room to anywhere in hotel.. If you just need place to crash safely at night ..this is the perfect place.. if you have high expectations and money to spend then I recommend a higher end hotel so you wont be dissapointed or pointing out their numerous faults

Not what it is cracked up to be!
Looks good on the surface but there were many problems! Several of us traveling together and we had several rooms. All rooms look run down and like they haven't been updated since being built. My room, had a leaking toilet and we had a couple bugs in the restroom (thinking due to the water leak), and the rooms have lists of items you'll be charged for if taken but several listed items were never in any of our rooms (even a 2nd room I was moved to). This is very concerning! My second room, the shower door wasn't set properly so it wouldn't shut so water flows out the shower. Another family member's room, water backed up so flowed out the shower. My first room, the room door sometimes wouldn't catch so we always moved stuff into family members' rooms for safety. Techs would come and leave saying they'd return and never would. We had to wait to move rooms on our 3rd day even with the continued problem! Also, shuttle service was limited though we were told to use it instead of walking to our rooms/lobby...we had to walk up/down hill due to often having to wait with no shuttle in sight. This location comes off as top notch but it truly fell short and no accommodations were made for us since we paid through hotels.com instead of the hotel directly...at least that was the reasoning they provided.

Ganz ok. Aber mehr auch nicht.
Das Hotelzimmer hatte eine mega Aussicht. Aber man muss aufpassen was man bucht. Ansonsten schaut man direkt auf eine Hauswand. Das Zimmer wurde mangelhaft gereinigt. Staub lag auf den Regalböden. Es gibt keine Poolbar entgegen der Hotelbeschreibung. Sie wurde abgebaut. Das Frühstück ist von der Auswahl ok. Die Terrasse ist sehr schön. Aber man bekommt öfters keine Teller, Tassen oder Besteck. Die sind da nicht wirklich auf Zack. Sehr häufig ist auch am Buffet alles vergriffen. Es wird aber nachgeliefert wenn man die Leute anspricht. Den Snack im Hotel kann man vergessen. Völlig überteuert. Das Hotel liegt nah an der Paton Beach. Zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Poolanlage ist sehr schön. Es gibt mehrere über verschiedene Etagen. Ein Viersternehotel ist es aber definitiv nicht. Dazu ist es zu sehr abgewohnt. Wir empfehlen unbedingt mind. Meerblick oder Honeymoon.

This hotel is not clean. And customer service ok. The hotel is on a uphill. The AC was not working. So you have to do hiking to go to your room or breakfast room. I cancelled and rebooked 4 points at Sheraton instead.

There are definitely some really nice view points for great photos & Chef Pee was outstanding and only staff member to make guests feel welcome but thats it ,other staff was rude front desk 1 hr delay check ins with poor communication false advertising on rooms moved rooms twice still not to have ocean facing room with deluxe king bed, amenities not qorking properly daily never got to use bath the whole trip as never got cleaned even when asked to do so Got double charged on food and drinks than also got charges to room when we never billed to our room amd always paid cash for all our food and drink through the resort espically from blue horizon bar not enough staff on at bar and when there was 3 or more they just stood around talking amongst themselves would take 10-15 mins for them to take ypur order than usually another 5-10 mins before you would receive drinks ,both spas and sauna rooms was never mentioned when check in than qhen asked they only point ypu to the day spa whoch didnt have the sauna or public spas to use.Wifi was non existence most the day be lucky if ot worked for 20 mins before cutting out and having to constant refresh or restetting wifi through out resort was what we was been told . Overall i will never recommend your resort to anyone

Et noget overvurderet hotel vedr. rating
Langsommelig, uvenlig indtjekning med kravet om at lægge 3000 bath i kontanter, uden penge ASAP ingen nøgle, så ned til et vekselkontor. Slidte værelser, mangelfuld oprydning af poolområde og en meget middelmådig morgenmad. En noget overvurderet rating af hotellet fra deres egen side, jeg mener maks 3 eller 3,5 stjerne så der er ikke value for money efter min mening

Buffet breakfast was disappointingly very basic and virtually the same every day with only one cerial option (cornflakes). Most of the hot food was based around eggs and no bacon at all. Local dishes were dull. Two options for juice. Breads and fruit were basic also. Omelettes were up to expected standard. Room had more than the usual number of defects you expect in Thailand and had to have the maintenance team out several times to fix shower handles, electrical switches and pool issues. The cleaners were good and kept the rooms and bedrooms clean and well presented. Room service was slow and also not very good. No atmosphere in hotel because everyone seems to go outside to eat or drink. Hotel is so steep that you need to take a small truck to go anywhere and you spend quite a lot of time waiting for them to arrive. The check in staff are very slow, seemingly incompetent and also not very friendly. We were not welcomed at all on arrival. Travel desk was very good and helpful. There is a 7/11, massage and clothes washing shops right next to the hotel which is really convenient. 200 baht ride to Patong central beach. Best local food is the street stalls on the beach road 250m north of the hotel entrance or the Sunset Bar across the road from the hotel. Would only get cheapest room available if I ever stayed again (which is unlikely).

Overall an ok experience, but not staying again.
Overall, just an okay experience. Location is good, but not really beachfront. The food is serviceable. The place is a bit dated and run down. Pools are nice. The kids had a fun time on the slide. The most difficult part about the resort is the difficulty getting to and from the room. The hotel is built onto a hill and is too steep to walk. You have to take the hotel shuttles to get around the property and they are not always there very quickly. The staff could use some training on how to be hospitable, but I do feel bad for them. They have a hard job, especially with all of the Indian and Middle Eastern tourists who don't care to follow the rules.
