Dear Esrher, First of all, thank you for taking you time to share the post-stay review for our hotel, although you did not have a chance to stay with us as your travel plan has been cancelled due to the Coronavirus outbreak issue. Kindly allow me to clarify your statement for the benefit of the community. Please note that Expedia, and many other travel agents, has launched a free cancellation campaign asking for all hotel partners to waive the cancellation penalty to guests who might be effected and unable to travel due to the virus outbreak. Our hotel completely supported this campaign and has in fact allowed and waived some numbers of cancellation penalties, or moved the booking's travel dates without penalty. I have carefully checked with our reservation team in order to find your booking and further process the free cancellation to you as requested, however we unable to find any reservation under your name, or cancellation request email from you. Perhaps the booking was made under different name, therefore please feel free to contact us directly at info@bydlofts.com to resolve this accordingly.
