Nice hotel!
We stayed here for the weekend. Hotel has a central location and very close to the beach. Rooms are fine but they could have some remodelling. Hotel has a nice pool with bar and very friendly personnel. Close to all restaurants and bars.

Leuk hotel bij strand
Leuk hotel vlakbij het strand, winkels en het uitgaansgelegenheid. Vriendelijke personeel en heel lief voor onze zoon. Mooi zwembad en de live muziek bij het restaurant was ook gezellig. Jammer van de bouwwerkzaamheden vlakbij zwembad, geluidsoverlast. Onze auto deed na 2 dagen niet meer. Wel snel een nieuwe kamer gekregen maar deze was kleiner en minder luxe als onze 1e kamer.. dat was jammer.

Hela hotellet ger en känsla av hög kvalitet och bra personal. Mycket snyggt och fint rum. Utsikten skulle vid beställningen vara ut mot trädgården det var tom med bild på det, men detta rum hade utsikt mot en utvändig trappa som de gående kan se in genom fönstret rätt in i sängen om det inte är fördraget, samt att det lilla man såg av utsikten för övrigt var ett smutsigt hus. Så boka inte rum 6201, 6301, 6401 eller 6501. Vi har bott på detta hotell tidigare för att det är så bra.

good location. close to Patong Street. that being said I would not recommend this area of thailand for family with teenagers travelling. Unfortunately lots of sex tourist were all around including that hotel even though they warned you at check in that if you bring any guess … you would be charge extra… we thought it was an awkward thing to say … as i was travelling with my husband… but looking around the pool made sense … lots of local lady “guess” end out at this hotel . not blaming anyone just saying. breakfast is amazing!! the beach across the street is gorgeous. pick room on the pool … the beach view can be noisy at night …. we enjoyed our stay .

Nettes Hotel mit kleinen Abstrichen
Das Zimmer war groß und modern eingerichtet. Im Bad habe ich Ablageflächen vermisst. Der große Pool ist schön gestaltet, relativ flach mit größtenteils nur 90 cm. Erfreulicherweise gab es auch eine Poolbar. Das Frühstück entsprach einem guten Standard. Abends kann man im hoteleigenen Restaurant bei Livemusik und leckeren Cocktails schön draußen sitzen. Da das Hotel an der Beachfront liegt, kann man sich gut zu Fuß fortbewegen, was gerade abends von Vorteil ist. Allerdings ist es dafür abends auch recht laut. Während unseres Aufenthalts wurde außerdem an der einen Hotelseite gebaut, was sich am Pool durch Flex- und Klopfgeräusche bemerkbar gemacht hat. Insgesamt dennoch ein schöner Aufenthalt.

I liked that it was cheaper than Expedia when we extended it. They charged us 100 bhat for a missing teaspoon. Very petty. Considering we spent almost $6000 in 7 days including lodging and food and drinks

We stayed here for 7 days and they ruin the whole freshness and relaxation by blaming us that we broke their sliding glass door and made us to pay them 3000 Bhat when we went to check out. We are adults and no children with us we don’t drink or do drugs and are in our senses 24/7. They charged us for the lost key card 300 bhat that none of the hotels do. At night twice somebody unlocked our door and when we complained no one took any notice. It’s a SCAM hotel! Stay in a hotel where you feel safe guys not in a place that is full of scams!

paradise in Patong
First time staying on the beach side of Patong beach! This was the perfect hotel. It is right on the main road, but tucked away in an amazing green oasis! We were greeted as soon as we exited our taxi and taken very well care of from the then. The room is beautiful and the balcony is spacious. Really good air con and super clean. The bathroom is super clean and beautiful The pool area is super large, but also the hotel is massive!!! There was some construction and renovation going on being that it was covid. But it didn’t effect our stay.

Poor service and room, extremely disappointing
My husband and I were extremely disappointed with everything at this hotel, particularly given it's considered a 4-star hotel. Check-in: We arrived a little before check-in time. The room was not yet ready and the supervisor who checked us in refused to give us any information (for example, I asked if he could remind me if I had breakfast included. He said I get no information until check-in time of 2PM). Nobody offered to take our luggage when we went to eat prior to the room being ready. They do not allow any late check out (even if no one is checking into your room) unless you pay 1K THB per additional hour. They also charge 300 THB if you don't return the plastic room key at the end of your stay. Room: The room and dresser both smelled like mildew- it was clear they had never been aired out. The toilet flusher wasn't working properly and continuously got stuck. The shower had dried water droplets all over it. They never cleaned it with Windex or a similar cleaner to get rid of them. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. Pool: The pool itself is beautiful, huge, and a good temperature. However, the staff is constantly working on the deck during pool hours causing disruptions. One day they were sanding for hours (noisy), another day they were painting (smelly), another day they were cleaning. Pool chairs are blocked off during this time leaving less room for people to sit. Food: Sub-par & expensive for the quality. Staff: Poor attitude & rude.

Tolles Strandhotel
Wunderschönes Hotel direkt am Strand. Super Lage. Tolles Restaurant mit leckerem Frühstück. Alle waren extrem freundlich, ausser die Dame der Reception. Zudem wurde das Hotel während unseres Aufenthalts renoviert, wir wurde darüber jedoch nicht informiert. Lärm war mässig, nur der Pool war zur Hälfte geschlossen. Man hatte aber trotzdem genügend freie Liegen.

Bra hotell men hamnar man som jag ut mot restaurangen är det väldigt lyhört hör all som händer i korridoren och utanför eftersom dom spelar musik kan det vara störande, sedan sysslade folk med att gå och paxa solstolar något jag tycker hotellet borde stoppa
