'Les photos sont attirantes mais la réalité est toute autre. C´est un très grand hotel avec de multiples batiments. Tout est assez ancien et très moyennement entretenu. Notre suite était grande mais pas très propre, partout des carpettes anciennes et pleines de taches. La chambre dans le batiment 6 etait terriblement bruyante car il y a à chaque étage une piece avec des machines des airconditionnés qui produisent un bruit effrayant jour et nuit. De plus le samedi matin à 8h le personnel faisait...

'Loved it here! We spend a couple of day at the beach and a couple of days on the river. The location was quiet, and peaceful. The beach isn’t full near by just the way we like it bc it’s easier to keep an eye on your kiddos. We truly enjoyed our days on the river kayaking, swimming, etc. we will definitely be coming back. '

'We were looking for place to unplug and relax. That is exactly what we got. The location is beautiful. Private. Our room was perfect for two, we had a last minute add on so we brought an air mattress with us. Plenty of room for that. We stayed in the twin fin and we loved it. We would love to come back. Needed this reset before the new year and going back to work. The locals were very friendly and nice places to eat. '

'This is a really nice place at Melbourne Beach for our family stay. We stayed a week to visit family. We loved walking on the beach, seeing a rocket launch and having a swimming pool at our doorstep. Highly recommended.'

'I was visiting Sebastian Inlet State Park to photograph wildlife and this was a perfect location right on the beach and close to the park. There is one restaurant within walking distance and several others less than 10 minutes away. Lodging was clean, quiet, well equipped and comfortable. Would definitely stay again.'

'This place was perfect to relax for a couple days (or even longer if you have the chance). Right on the beach, very quiet even though it seemed like most of the rooms were booked, and had a perfect sunrise each morning right over the ocean. Wish we would have stayed a few days longer! Rockies is a new coffee shop right up the road and it was incredible, the owners were so nice and welcoming!'

'It was very nice to stay by the wayer but not quite at the beach. We were able to enjoy wayer without getting sandy. It was awesome that there were kayaks and paddleboards, but other guests didn't seem to respect the property by putting everything back on the racks. I feel like an extra charge to use the equipment might encourage people to treat it better.'

'The communication from our host Billy Hayes was great, check in was easy, and the condo was as advertised. The view was amazing, the beach was uncrowded, and surrounding area was very nice. The staff were friendly and responsive. We had a great time.'

"Les photos sont attirantes mais la réalité est toute autre. C´est un très grand hotel avec de multiples batiments. Tout est assez ancien et très moyennement entretenu. Notre suite était grande mais pas très propre, partout des carpettes anciennes et pleines de taches. La chambre dans le batiment 6 etait terriblement bruyante car il y a à chaque étage une piece avec des machines des airconditionnés qui produisent un bruit effrayant jour et nuit. De plus le samedi matin à 8h le personnel faisait des déménagements de meubles en claquant les portes! Le personnel de la réception ne s´est meme pas excusé. L´hotel est principalement utilisé par des voyageurs avant ou après un départ en croisière, le personnel ne fait aucun effort puisque l´hotel est plein. Très triste et une honte pour la chaine Radisson! A éviter! "
