The place is absolutely beautiful. Rooms and villas are gorgeous. Food is delicious. Pool was never cleaned in the villa, during all my stay… When I arrived to the reception for check out, before even present me with the bill to check, the guy just told me such and such thousands! Hold on, how about thank you, how about give me the print-out to check… Laundry was not great. I asked all to be folded, but all came on hangers…! But bottom line, the place is really nice and most staff are doing their best.
