Super hotel met fantastische service en staff.
Fantastisch hotel perfecte service werkelijk 5 sterren waard.erg mooie compleet ingerichte kamers, allemaal met zeezicht. Ontvingen gratis upgrade voor luxere kamer. Alle gewenste voorzieningen op kamer of in hotel aanwezig om verblijf compleet te maken. Ontbijt was super compleet maar de perfecte service van staff maakte dit elke ochtend een compleet feest. Ondanks groot hotel was staff al na 2 dagen bekend met wensen vwb soort koffie of gewenste zitplaats in restaurant,
Groot schoon zwembad, volop ligbedden beschikbaar op strand en zwembad met handdoeken service.
Hotel staff doet er werkelijk alles aan om het verblijf naar je zin te maken en verdient zeker een 5 + ster.
Ligging hotel tov strand prima echter wel 15 auto minuten verwijderd van centrum en 30 auto minuten van Pattaya dus geen gelegenheid om te wandelen.
Was mijn eerste Mövenpick verblijf maar gaat zeker een vervolg krijgen want was echt fantastisch en super prijs / kwaliteit verhouding.

Aan te raden
Het personeel is zeer behulpzaam, zeker deze in de restaurants.
Het zwembad en strand is echter in 2 gescheiden, een groter deel voor de villa eigenaren, niet toegankelijk voor de hotelgasten en het gedeelte voor het hotel.
Wat geeft dat aan de kant van de villa’s er slechts enkele mensen verbleven en aan de kant van het hotel, het overvol was.
Kamers zijn ruim en goed te noemen. Bijgevolg een hotel om aan te bevelen.

Leuk hotel, perfect ontbijt!
Bij aankomst zijn we aangenaam verwelkomt. Je merkt dat alle personeelsleden alles aan doen om je het naar je zin te maken. Ontbijt is super uitgebreid en lekker. Ze hebben Thais, Chinees en Europees eten. Zwembad is mooi vooral s'avonds en de strand is dichtbij. Nadeel is dat het vrij ver is van de binnenstad van Pattaya 10 tot 15 minuten rijden.

It was like a zoo. They were ill-equipped to handle the volume of guests checking in. It was 30 minutes plus to check out. it is possible my fault for not understanding it would be full of young families decending on it for the weekend but for a business traveller, I would avoid this place at all costs. My suite was nice and the sea view was good (don't look to the right where there are derelict and half built buildings - real eyesores!)
