'A simply high quality elegant hotel in the heart of Hong Kong. Great location walkable to many attractions and shopping centers. The metro is across the street, literally you open the door and cross the street 20 feet and you go down to the metro station. Staff is professional, helpful, courteous and friendly. We also had the high tea at the hotel which was exceptional. The room was clean elegant, comfortable. The bed was amazing. Definitely will come back.'

'I was feeling sick and asked for some painkillers or other medicine for a cold. Even though it was midnight I believe such a big hotel should have its own 24 hour medical post. For the rest a superhotel but I was really sick and would appreciated some help instead of just saying no.'

We werden ontvangen door Ani en ze heeft elke dag haar best gedaan om ons elke dag te verassen met lekkernijen. Geweldig uitzicht en zeer luxe uitstraling. Een aanrader. Let wel op de borg prijzen die hadden wij niet zo hoog ingeschat. Hou er rekening mee mocht je willen shoppen. Buitengewoon geweldig hotel en locatie. Ideaal met mtr station onder je hotel en check in balie.'
