After my surgery and recovery which was around 1 month I realized the horrible mistake. They refused to give credit and charged room fees as well as over $600 in taxes for a room that was not occupied by me.'

'We had a very pleasant stay! The accommodation is beautiful and lies in beautiful surroundings. The personnel was very friendly and helpful. The organised dinners at the hotel were very very good. 'Capanna is echt een prima verblijf, nieuw, schoon en goed ingericht. De kamer is wel vrij sober met maar één stoel en geen koffie- of thee faciliteiten. Wel een mooie koelkast met flesjes water voor ons. De bewegwijzering naar Capanna is zeer slecht. Nergens een bordje met aanduiding bij de onverharde weg die je moet nemen. Google maps vindt het niet. Uiteindelijk is een bewoner van de omgeving ons voorgegaan om geraderd te vinden. Dit moet echt beter !'
