Villa Talassa is een van een cluster van zeven (bouwjaar 2005) in een rustige cul-de-sac naast een perceel met gras en bomen. Het is slechts 5 minuten rijden naar Coral Bay met zijn zandstrand en 1 km van het oude bergdorpje Peyia.

HOE WE VERSCHILLEND ZIJN VAN ANDEREN:
*** Wij bieden onze handmatige Toyota RAV4 4x4 auto aan voor een extra vergoeding.
*** Een bubbelbad bij het zwembad is een perfecte plek om te ontspannen op koelere avonden
*** Ons zwembad (4 x 8 m, 90-170 cm diep) wordt volgens de hoogste normen onderhouden door een National Swimming Pool Foundation-gecertificeerde machinist, zodat u er zeker van kunt zijn dat de kwaliteit van het water van de hoogste standaard is, zodat u verzekerd bent van een goede vakantie en veilig zwemmen
*** Zonnedouche bij het zwembad met een grote regendouche zorgt voor een perfecte verfrissing na het zwemmen
*** Klamboes op beide balkondeuren en het raam in de derde slaapkamer en de benedenportierdeur laten 's nachts frisse lucht binnen (als u geen airco wilt gebruiken)
*** Er is een kluis voor uw waardevolle spullen
*** Gratis kinderbedje, kinderstoel en beschermende hekken voor jonge kinderen

De villa is ruim en comfortabel en ingericht naar een hoge standaard. De begane grond bestaat uit een open woonkamer met air-conditioning, een elegant ingerichte eetkamer (zitplaatsen zes) en een volledig uitgeruste moderne keuken. Franse deuren in de eetkamer en de woonkamer leiden respectievelijk tot de patio (ligbedden) en naar het gemeubileerde terras (tafel en stoelen) met uitzicht op het zwembad.

Marmeren trap leidt naar de bovenverdieping kamers, die zijn voorzien van airconditioning volledig zijn. De master bedroom heeft een tweepersoonsbed en een balkon, evenals een eigen badkamer met douche en toilet, en de tweede slaapkamer heeft twee eenpersoonsbedden (tegen elkaar geplaatst) en een balkon. Beide balkons zijn toegankelijk via openslaande deuren, die muskietennetten te hebben. De derde slaapkamer heeft twee eenpersoonsbedden. Alle slaapkamers hebben ingebouwde kasten en airco. Er is een ruime badkamer met bad, douche en toilet op de bovenverdieping. Er is ook een toilet beneden. Er is parkeergelegenheid bij de villa en gratis parkeergelegenheid voor een andere auto buiten.

Een Toyota RAV 4 handmatige diesel 4 x 4 auto is inbegrepen in de prijs voor in aanmerking komende chauffeurs. Het is verzekerd voor bestuurders van meer dan 25 en jonger dan 70 jaar. Dit is geen vervanging voor een huurauto zoals kan worden geleverd door Hertz / Avis etc, maar betrouwbaar en comfortabel 5-zits die ideaal is voor uitstapjes naar het strand, winkelen, evenals in Paphos en de omliggende gebieden om de vele toeristische attracties. Maar de gasten hebben geen enkele verplichting om de auto te gebruiken.

Ein sehr schöner, unvergesslicher und erholsamer Aufenthalt

Die Ferienvilla war sehr sauber und hatte alles was man sich vorstellen konnte. Die Lage war sehr zentral aber ruhig, man war für sich allein und die Nähe zu Paphos und weiteren Ausflugmöglichkeiten und Stränden war hervorragend. Der Pool und der Whirlpool sind sehr gepflegt und wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen.Vielen Dank auch für die gute Betreuung.

Lovely villa in a great location with added bonus of a car

From the moment we booked Tanya was excellent with communication and was very helpful. Tanya arranged for Dennis to collect us from the airport and he was very informative, before dropping us at the villa he drove us round to show us all the places that might be of use such as supermarket, restaurants, bars, beach etc which was a great help. The villa was lovely and clean and there was everything there that you might need. We paid to have use of the jacuzzi and the pool heated which was definitely worth it and we are glad we had. The garden is very private. Having use of the car was great. Coral Bay beach is just over a 5 minute drive from the villa and there are lots of restaurants and bars along Coral Bay strip. Tanya very kindly allowed us a late check out and Dennis collected us from the villa again to take us back to the airport. We would recommend Villa Talassa, we had a lovely week staying there.

Lovely winter sun break!

We had a lovely stay at the villa for 10 days. Very clean, very comfortable, close to the shops, supermarket and the beach. The use of the car was a real bonus. Taxi pick ups to and from the villa efficient and hassle free. Really don’t want to say to much as we want to keep it all to ourselves for future bookings! if we come back to Cyprus we will definitely be staying here. Would thoroughly recommend it to friends and family and actually we have already done it!

Lovely villa and pool, great location, super helpful host

We spent 4 weeks at this villa and found it to be lovely and clean on arrival. There were thoughtful touches, such as bread, milk etc in the fridge for us. The pool was sublime! The use of the car included in the fee made this a very good value for money holiday. We noticed that the people who had stayed here immediately before us complained about ants in their review. Tanya arranged for these to be treated and we were able to keep them at bay! Tanya was super helpful all through our stay and I would suggest that if anyone encounters a problem they should let Tanya know at the time rather than leave it until they submit their review. That way she can deal with whatever it is straightaway. All our communication with her were very good and she always replied the same day.

A lovely relaxed winter break

The villa was just as described and fully prepared for our arrival. It had everything we wanted or needed, clean, spacious and well maintained. The location, garden and pool were the main attractions for us and it did not disappoint. The property is 5mins by car to nearest beach (Coral Bay beach), which was not at all crowded and offered decent bar snacks, etc. We know Cyprus pretty well, so weren't looking for sight seeing, rather we wanted close proximity to beaches, a quiet neighborhood and a large pool. We had all of this and more, the garden being very private , with lovely flowering trees and plants. Perfect for relaxing in the sun. I noticea orevious review marked the villa down for being toi shaded around the pool? We didn’t find this, as the pool offered full sun on one side for 7-8hrs a day and nice shade on the other side. Perfect! Host Tanya and housekeeper, Svetlana, were both immediately contactable whenever needed, very pleasant to work with and made our stay hassle free. Thanks for a great break and we'd be sure to stay again when we next visit Cyprus.

Very Enjoyable

A fantastic place to have a real break of a holiday. The villa was well appointed with pleanty utensils/plates and cups to make the our start straight away. In the fridge was some milk butter and bread to get us started. All of the rooms were.of a great size with comfortable beds. The pool was lovely to dip into apart from the ants that took a liking to the rest if the family. The hit tub was nice to relax into. But the star of the show was the rav 4 totally lovely drive. Complete with sun shield, and air-conditioning and cypriot plates to keep the tourists away. A bit of a walk to the restaurants but as life is chilled who cares how long it takes and there is always a cool beer waiting. Tanya was a dream host easily contactable and made the checkin and collection from the airport so easy. Totally recommend this villa

Top gepflegte Villa in ruhiger Lage

Hier passt alles: Villa ist sehr gepflegt und liegt ruhig in einer Sackgasse. Toller, nicht einsehbarer Garten mit verschiedenen Sitzmöglichkeiten. Ausreichend großer Pool und als Highlight die Hot Tub - wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen!

2 weeks in the sun August 2022

We arrived to find the villa very clean and exactly as described the pool is the perfect temperature and nice and private and the hot tub is an added bonus that we made use of . The location of the villa is no more than a gentle 5 minute drive from the centre of Coral bay and i became very attached to the Rav4 that comes with the villa ( Essential) . Tanya is very easy to contact and answers any queries quickly . All in all we had a great holiday and will be back .

Amazing Villa

Beautiful villa. Spacious, clean with all you could need. The swimming pool and hot tub superb. Great location for Paphos,coral bay and walking distance to lots of good restaurants. An excellent villa for a family holiday ,spacious and the layout flows well, very clean inside and out has everything you need for family living ,excellent pool and gardens with a hot tub ,and the use of a vehicle made life so easy for the beach,supermarket and shops,and restaurants in the evening ,correspondence with the owner is excellent with replys almost immediately ,the forwarding information has everything you need with all the instructions and contact numbers (if required) to make your holiday smooth and enjoyable would definitely recommend this villa for a family holiday I just couldn't find fault .

A lovely family holiday

We loved Villa Talassa in Cyprus for our family holiday with our 2 grown up daughters. A lovely, clean, spacious house, air conditioning, good location, beautiful well maintained pool in a back garden shaded by glorious bougainvillea, plenty of bed linen, towels etc. Well equipped kitchen, Tatiana is a friendly, helpful owner & we had great support from the owner & her family when we had car problems.
