'This compact house sits on a beautiful lot next to the woods. Several lovely hiking trails surround the gated community, which is quiet. The only reason I gave this property a three for family-friendly is that the home has a loft with a ladder. It is perfectly fine for kids over about 5/6 but I would be nervous if I had toddlers. All in all, the house was very comfortable—clean with well-equipped kitchen and very nice outdoor space (beautiful deck and fire pit). I would book this property...

Arrival and departure instructions and loads of other information are included in the Tiny Mojo app. We stayed during a particularly cold spell and the heat held steady. Tiny Mojo is clean and well maintained. We look forward to staying again when we can get outside to enjoy the back porch and fire pit.'
