'Good service, parking a bit problem.'

'Our recent stay at the Rocana Hotel was unfortunately quite disappointing. While some members of staff were fun, friendly, and welcoming, others came across as the complete opposite, which made the overall experience feel inconsistent. The location itself is good and convenient, however the parking situation was frustrating. Although the hotel advertises parking, spaces are extremely limited and availability is very hit and miss. 'Clean room and beach with helpful stuff. Worth recommending👍'

'Nice maintenance and well managed by the owner'

'This property needs serious renovation works and insect and pest control.'

'A tired, dirty and dilapidated hotel…'

'Clean, comfortable and quiet enviroment. Value stay. Good location for eateries and the seasides.'

'Nice location - close to the beach, clean inside, no wifi connection (something is wrong and couldn't figure out), lack of direction to assigned parking spots.'

'Smal but comfortable apartment. Lovely views from the balcony. Could be so much better if the apartment and corridors were refreshed/ renovated. Very busy at weekends but very quiet Monday to Thursday. Owner of the flat very helpful. Few good nearby shops and restaurants. People very nice and friendly.'

'Selesa, mesra pelanggan'
