'The property was located in a good spot, but it appears run down overall and the staff weren’t overly helpful. The elevator didn’t work the first day we were there, so we had to drag our luggage up 4 flights of stairs.'

The building and the room were very old, part of the floor in the room when you stepped on it, felt like it would break through, tub was old and toilet bowl had a bit of poop on lid. The extra frustration is that the room reeked of cigarette smoke, it was so awful, filty smell. The manager was unmannerly, never greeted...
