'I really enjoyed my stay! The unit was nice, clean, and very comfortable. The host was extremely responsive and available to answer any questions I had, always responding in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend staying here and would happily stay again!'

'Property was clean, quite location, host was very responsive and very helpful through the trip, would definitely stay again!'

'Inside of property was very clean and as shown on listing. The pool and backyard were very cute. One major issue is that there is no door to the en suite bathroom, so it is essentially unusable when anyone else is in the room. Laying in bed you have a direct view of the toilet. It also makes it so that you can't turn a light on to use the restroom or shower if anyone is still sleeping. Another issue we had was that both showers were difficult to adjust. 'House was perfect for family size, no complaints other than the noise from the ac.'

'Overall it was a good start. Very quiet area for the most part. I feel it safe and able to walk at night. Sufficient space but there is no pullout couch. There’s only two beds, queen and full. No way 6 people can sleep without an additional inflatable. Furniture was ok. Kitchen was ok but there were ants and mold. Bathroom was pretty clean. Had an issue with parking one day. Overall it was a good stay. The property needs deep cleaning and upkeep.'

'Great place to stay. The bad news is that the location and outside appearance is disarming and makes you fear that you will be very disappointed. However, when the open the door you will be delighted at the cleanliness and good condition everything is in. It is far more spacious that I expected. and an unbelievable bargain. The only place to stay while in north Miami. '

'Nice area to be in, the neighbors left you alone as long as you didn’t bother anyone. It accommodates your stay and it’s great distance from shopping centers'

The maintenance guy did not come and fix the code lock until 8PM so we had to leave the back door unlock when we went out on the first day. The host Roy was very supportive and responsive. We asked for early check in and he was able to confirm this for us which was...

'We had a great time staying here with my family. The place was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. It was a wonderful bonus to see and hear the peacocks roaming around the neighborhood! Communication with Samantha was excellent—she was highly responsive and flexible. We will definitely book this place again in the future!'
