'It is a beautifully renovated, small hotel in the heart of the UNESCO heritage area of Georgetown, within walking distance to lots of dining options and interesting sites. The staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast and the small gift were lovely too. We thoroughly enjoyed our brief stay. Thank you!'

'We stayed for 3 nights in a suite, which had every comfort you expect. Excellent bed, great shower, spacious room. Given that it is located in a UNESCO protected building there are limitations to what can be changed to the building. The room is fairly noisy as it only has single glass and parts did not have glass at all (only wooden panels). Earplugs are foreseen as the hotel staff is aware of the problem. Across the street there is a very lively street food bar which has live music going...

'Super locatie! Zeer net, schoon hotel. Alle voorzieningen aanwezig en goed onderhouden. Sliepen in suite met extra bed voor dochter in de kamer. Met internet kun je met de 3G app ook samen nog genieten van t uitgaansleven voor op straat. De bedden waren iets hard.'

'Incredibly unique property that used to be an old herb shop now tastefully refurbished into a boutique hotel. They kept all the old stuff from years past on display, and while it had modern amenities it still maintained that old charm. Highly recommend!'

At first we weren't sure if we were entering the lobby or an antique shop but once we were inside we were greeted warmly, our suitcase was whisked upstairs using an ingenious rope pulley, and we were immediately immersed in a place where every single piece of decor was clearly carefully considered to fit within the antique style.
Despite the old school surrounds, there were modern comforts like air conditioning, and every part of the hotel was also spotlessly...

The room was noisy because of the woorden structures (you could hear new guests arriving), the AC-unit was noisy. The bathroom/toilet doors were very nice wooden self-opening doors,however at closing your partner would wake up from the noise (and probably the neighbors).

'De kamers zijn een beetje verouderd met vrij harde bedden. De airco daarentegen doet het erg goed. Ook is er een goede WiFi verbinding. De houten vloer kraakt behoorlijk. De eigenaar is een zeer aardige man die me meteen uitlegde wat er allemaal te beleven is en hoe de bestemmingen te bereiken zijn met het ov. Al met al een redelijk goed verblijf voor een paar dagen.'

"The time spent at Ozo was wonderful. The room is spacious and bright with the light colored furniture and carpet. The infinity pool on the 22nd floor is a great relieve from the heat and crowds after walking around and discovering George Town.
The breakfast buffet is strongly oriented towards savory dishes and not so many options for a more western style breakfast apart from sweet pastries and very little yoghurt. I had a hard time to stomach the hearty breakfast.
I missed the sustainable promise of not changing the towels daily. We left the towels to dry on the hook, yet the towels were refreshed daily. Not really a necessity and kind of waste.
Yet overall we were very happy with choosing Ozo and it made our sty in George Town a very pleasant one. Just a block from all the touristic hotspots but away from the crowds!"
