Gratis WI-FI - we zijn blij om aan te kondigen dat we nu gratis WI-FI bieden in het hele huis.

Millpond is een modern, 3-slaapkamerappartement met 2 slaapkamers, met uitzicht op spectaculair uitzicht op het vasteland. Het huis is geschikt voor 8 volwassenen comfortabel. Twee slaapkamers hebben Queen-size bedden en de derde slaapkamer heeft twee stapelbedden. Grote schuifdeuren en ramen in woonruimten en de master bedroom bieden sensationeel uitzicht op het prachtige Hog Bay en Penneshaw strand.

Millpond ligt op slechts 25 meter van een schone witte zandstrand, dat is ideaal voor families en activiteiten op het water. Een ruime dek en barbecue faciliteiten zorgt voor casual ontspanning of onderhoudend en een volledig uitgeruste keuken op maat zorgt ervoor dat u alles wat u nodig hebt binnen handbereik. Open woonkamer met moderne apparatuur en meubels en 2 moderne badkamers zorgt voor een comfortabel verblijf. Alle linnen - inclusief strandlakens - opgenomen als onderdeel van uw verblijf. Perfect voor een of twee gezinnen.

We zijn blij om aan te kondigen dat we nu gratis WI-FI aanbieden tijdens het verblijf.

Een goed onderhouden tuin met buiten vis schoonmaken vergemakkelijkt en voldoende parkeergelegenheid voor auto's en boten maakt Millpond een ideale setting voor de vissers onder u.

Een efficiënte potbelly houtkachel en gezellige sfeer maakt ook Millpond een perfect toevluchtsoord in de koelere maanden.

Gelegen in de mooie badplaats van Penneshaw, Millpond kijkt Backstairs Passage en kijkt uit op het vasteland van Zuid-Australië. Ofwel de winter of zomer, Millpond biedt een ideale vakantie locatie. 25mts van een ongerept strand en enkele minuten lopen naar de plaatselijke winkels, ferry terminal, Sealink kantoren (boekingen voor island tours), lokale bezienswaardigheden (pinguïn tours, golfbaan, Kerstmis Cove boot de lancering van faciliteiten, restaurants) en resident fairy pinguïns en wallabies. Lokale wijnkelders, prachtige stranden en andere attracties zijn gemakkelijk bereikbaar vanaf hier.

The three of us all enjoyed our at Millpond. The house or should I say owners) catered very well to our needs and was well equipped and maintained in all areas, especiallly the kitchen! Great location with an awsome view of the bay, cleanliness, great outdoor furniture and comfy beds beds. My only concern was my blind husband possibly breaking the lovely glass stingray ornament in the main bedroom! We would highly recommend this lovely holiday home. Thanks Meredith and Co xx

Perfection in Penneshaw

Millpond is a perfectly appointed holiday home. It was an absolute delight to stay here and it will be the first place I look on my next trip to KI. All the little details are there - platters, spices, tools for seafood, puzzles/books for rainy days. The front verandah was a lovely place to relax, watch the dolphins, birds and see the wallabies :)

Home away from home

Fabulous property with panoramic views of Backstairs Passage across Hog Bay to Cape Jervis. Within easy walking distance to supermarket, hotel and ferry terminal. This home has all the amenities we have in our own home. Eddie is very responsive to any questions. We had another great day at the Kangaroo Island races. Thanks Eddie and Rhonda.

Beautiful spot in Penneshaw

This place was so perfect for our holiday on Kangaroo Island. Easy check-in process once getting off the boat. The ocean views are very relaxing to wake up to and finish the day off after a day out seeing the beautiful spots on the island. Being so close to the beach and able to easily walk to is a big bonus. Communication is very responsive and accomodating. Highly recommend this place and we will be back for sure. Thank you to the hosts Eddie and Rhonda.

We stayed at Millpond for 3 nights. Great location, clean and tidy as advertised. Got everything we needed! Wake up with the beautiful ocean view, play at the beach with the children is so easy. Manager Eddie and Rhonda always greet and reply message in time. Great experience. Highly recommend!

Loved this holiday experience with longtime girlfriends. The house was excellent. Loved the 2 full bathrooms as we had a girlfriend with a moon boot on and legally blind so was very easy for her to find her way around with easy access.

Wow, what a pick! Great views, perfect home, super impressive hosts. We were kept so informed leading up to our visit. The home has everything (absolutely everything) you need. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Millpond, a beautiful house in a wonderful place with amazing views. Fantastic Vacation

We had an absolutely fabulous time in Kangaroo and our accommodation in Penneshaw was perfect. The house is in the perfect location with terrific views We were very comfortable and the house had everything you could need and more. We will definitely be back!
