'Wow wow wow ! What a stunning place to stay. Steven one of the owners of the building greeted myself and friend as we arrived. He was such a lovely and accommodating host from the swcond we got to the hotel. Martin work also works at the hotel was wonderful, pretty sure he cooked our breakfasts which were delicious ! What can I say other than it’s been an absolute dream come true and thank you for being so kind. '

'There was no breakfast available but there are plenty of options for breakfast within walking distance. The bed was comfortable and the ensuite was roomy. There was no internet access in our bedroom. Parking is allocated to your bedroom number and is available from book in until about 1.30pm to 2pm on the booking out day. This was ideal for us as we were able to get a last hike in before leaving.'

'Lovely accommodation above a local inn with very nice restaurant. Room was beautifully presented with both bath and shower room and bed was very comfortable. Food is served in a great restaurant, being part of the pub and clearly a favourite with locals. The menu was excellent with fish and meat courses and breakfast was equally as good. Very friendly staff, good food and wonderful room. The perfect combination! Highly recommended and would definitely stay again. '

'Prima centraal gelegen hotel in BUxton.Vanwege extreem slecht weer veel op de kamer vertoefd. Comfortabel genoeg voor een langer verblijf'

'Staff were very helpful. I was travelling alone with a baby and the front desk staff helped with my bags. Room was nice and clean. Only 2 downsides the pillows were as thin as paper and lumpy in my room and the lift is tiny. As I had a pram only the pram and myself could squeeze in and it was a squeeze. If you’re travelling with children I’d recommend leaving the pram in the car. '
