'Obtaining entry information was challenging. There were several household items in need of repair (a curtain rod, a chair, and an outdoor chair). Most disappointing was that we had to check out a day early because of an impending snowstorm that would create hazardous road conditions. I advised our host and requested a full or partial refund, which was declined. However, VRBO did provide an immediate refund for that early departure, which I am grateful for. 'We had a nice stay at the Wisteria Inn. It is a spacious home, and we appreciated its historic charm. The owner/manager was responsive, and we did not have any significant issues with the property during our stay. The configuration of the bedrooms is non-standard, but not an issue for us as we only needed to use 3 of them. '
