'Kim in food service did am outstanding job ensuring we were well tended to during the complimentary breakfast. Honestly she went way above and beyond and deserves a spot bonus and/or raise, as she is one of the main reasons we'll probably return. Ebony in guest service did a great job as well!
The hotel is in a pretty good location, convenient to AU and not too far from better shopping. The downtown Augusta area has many vacant storefronts, which is not ideal, but that's not the hotel's fault. '

'The communication with staff on my day of arrival went well; unfortunately, highway traffic delayed my arrival time but the innkeeper was pleasant and let me know how to access my room after-hours. The location of the inn is ideal for restaurants, a quaint downtown scene, and to nearby Augusta. I felt safe walking around the inn and the neighborhood in the early hours/late afternoon as a solo female traveler.

'When we arrived the owner let us know the hot water broke that morning and offred a refund but we said not a problem we just needed the eoom to get ready for a party and sleep before the long ride home she was very apologetic about the water and said it should be repaired by monday.so because of rhat the hotel was empty and quiet.
