'Lovely homely cottage. Everything we needed bbq, car parking very comfy bed.Mosedale perfect for walking straight from the cottage. Did not use the car throughtout our stay. Need to be organised with food n drink as there are no shops locally.Pub 30 mins walk away on very quiet road. Very relaxing break lovely sunny garden. Had the most perfect 5 days'

'Beautiful cottage on the edge of the Lake District. Great location as it’s a short drive to most popular Lake District attractions. Stunning scenery and spacious cottage make for a relaxing getaway. Kev welcomed us when we arrived and recommended places to visit including the local pub for pizza which was lovely! 100% recommend this cottage for anybody looking to visit the Lake District. The hot tub was a luxurious bonus which helped us relax after a long day of hiking. '

'We stayed for 5 nights in Fell View. The house is conveniently located for day trips into the Lake district, and a 15 minute walk from the city centre. The interior of the house is lovingly decorated and very comfortable. we even enjoyed the garden as the weather was reasonable. Enjoyed our stay!'

'Lovely cottage in Greystoke. Very nice outdoor swimmingpool nearby. Not far from a lot of nice places to visit in the neighbourhood. We visited the house of Beatrix Potter, it was very special. Nice house when you travel Sith your dog.'

'We were very impressed with the instructions and ease of getting to and finding the location and keys. The bed rooms were large and spacious. The kitchen well stocked with utensils. The location peaceful and quiet. The amenities adequate and the location perfect to both the Lake District and Yorkshire Dales. '

"Good location for a night, easy to be able to have dinner, breakfast was cold (toast) and the coffee tasted soapy, enough parking available, the room was not really clean (dust, walls broken, mold) it is a bit dated and the average age is over 60. The location is very good. The music entertainment (Mikey T.) was not really our taste, however he did his best. There was no warm welcome from the receptionist, she was a bit snappy."
