Ik bezit en beheer dit unieke design appartement in het hart van het historische centrum, en mijn # 1 doel is om ervoor te zorgen dat mijn gasten de best mogelijke ervaring hebben. Lees de beoordelingen en je zult zien waarom dit de plek voor jou is. Ik doe graag een stapje extra voor mijn gasten.

Dit gebouw is gebouwd in 1885 en heeft bakstenen muren, houten vloeren en hoge plafonds. Loop de vooringang uit en je bent op Palafox Place, het hart van het bruisende uitgaans-, winkel- en eetgedeelte van de binnenstad.

Loop naar meer dan 40 restaurants vanaf uw deur. Hier zijn er een paar waar u in slechts 5 minuten naartoe kunt: verwen uzelf met dineren van wereldklasse in Jackson's, Global Grill, The District, Iron, Nom's, Skopelos of onze nieuwste, Angelena's Italiaanse. Probeer de Wine Bar op Palafox, Jaco's, Big Top Brewery, Urban Swinery, Seville Quarter, Carmen's, Al Fresco, Graffiti Pizza, Taco Agave, O'Riley's Irish Pub, Kohn's Sushi, Union Public House, Dog House voor een informeler tarief. Deli & veel meer. Probeer voor het ontbijt de Dog House Deli, Fosko Coffee Bar, Blue Jay Bakery, Bodacious of de Ruby Slipper.
Woon een symfonieconcert, operavoorstelling bij of trap je schoppen op een van de vele uitgaansgelegenheden. Gelegen op slechts een steenworp afstand van het iconische Saenger-theater, een theater voor uitvoerende kunsten gebouwd in 1925 en bekend als de Grand Dame van Palafox.

Loop naar het Pensacola Little Theatre, T. T. Wentworth Museum en kunst- en muziekfestivals. Is honkbal jouw spel? Dit prachtige appartement ligt op slechts 12 minuten lopen van Community Maritime Park, waar u Blue Wahoos kunt zien, het AA-filiaal van de Minnesota Twins.

De Palafox-markt, een schat van drie blokken lang met lokale kunst en kunstnijverheid, groenten van eigen bodem, vlees van de boerderij, brood, kaas, koffie, meubels en nog veel meer is op slechts 2 blokken ten noorden geopend elke zaterdag (regen of zonneschijn) van 08.00 uur tot 14.00 uur.

Het strand van Pensacola ligt op slechts 15 minuten rijden of u kunt de veerboot van Pensacola Bay slechts vier blokken ten zuiden van het appartement nemen. De veerboot brengt u naar het strand van Pensacola, waar u de hele dag op uw gemak kunt doorbrengen en u vervolgens terug naar huis kunt brengen

Beautiful apartment in a great location for attending an event at the convention center. It’s only minutes away by car. The apartment is lovely. It is well stocked and well maintained. If we have the need to be in this area again we would definitely choose to stay here.

July 4th trip

We stayed for a few days over the 4th weekend. The location is great if you are looking for downtown. A quick walk to everything and gated parking was perfect for the busy area during the 4th. The accommodations were just as described and actually even nicer than the pictures. The building is very cool with old brick walls and balcony for sitting out. I would certainly book this again if I find myself in Pensacola again. The host was also very responsive to the few questions I had asked. Thanks for a great place to spend my time in Pensacola.

We came for nieces wedding. Owners were great to work with. Very clean and comfortable. Many restaurants and stores to visits - all in walking distance. We loved the history of the place and the balconies to sit on and just relax. Hopefully we will be back soon and this is the place we will come back to.

Great Loft

This was a very homey, nice and centrally located loft. My daughter was having her wedding and me, my spouse, my mother and mother in law all stayed here. It was unusually cold for Fl so the first couple of nights were pretty chilly inside. Nicely decorated and comfortable. Walkable to everything we needed. Some confusion on how to enter the loft. I would say to enter the courtyard to the left of Pembroke if you are on the backside. We could not find an iron or ironing board but one of us had.A steamer so it was not an issue. My mom described it as peaceful. Great property.

Pictures/words don't do it justice

I was actually surprised at just how beautiful the apartment was. An historian is the owner and we enjoyed looking through the coffee table books full of historical pictures and stories of Pensacola, which she authored! My husband walked down to Palafox daily while the streets were still empty (but the coffee shops were open). What have-to-be-Five-Star restaurants are within a block or two (Angelina's!). We loved the dual entry/exit which allowed us to walk down to our car in the small private (gated) parking lot at the back or right down to Palafox at the front. If you're someone who has security concerns, you might like knowing that both entrances are secured by gates with keypad. We couldn't decide between this apartment and the one that shares the foyer with it. I think the other is bigger (we didn't need more space) and has a balcony overlooking Palafox. We decided we liked this one! The balcony overlooks the back side of the building/parking lot/street beyond. It was totally private. We could go out in PJs with coffee (and pastries my husband brought back from his morning walk). Google told me that the Floridian cities of St. Augustine and Pensacola engage in a (mostly) good-natured debate over which is the oldest European community in the continental United States. I had no idea! Just looking to get away, but I felt like I got to step back in time! Loved everything (and I'm a tough customer)! The beds were comfy, and all the rooms were spacious and beautiful!

History, Food & Relaxation

The building itself is historic. The apartment is wonderful. The entire area is a safe place to be. Walk out the front gate and everything you would/could want to have for breakfast/lunch/dinner is just a short walk in either direction on Palafox. The Fish House, Jocko's, and Nick's Boathouse are incredible seafood restaurants within walking distance. Foskos is the perfect coffee and breakfast place. And, if you get a sweet tooth, just walk out the front, turn right, and Peterbrooke Chocolates is right next door. If you want to have a cocktail, there are places within 20 yards out the front gate. All on Palafox. We absolutely loved this VRBO. Deborah and Devan are fantastic hosts. You will not be disappointed.

Son’s wedding

We were in Pensacola celebrating our son’s wedding. This property and the adjoining property helped make the entire wedding experience off the charts. Excellent Host and Property!

Stayed at the Palafox St. loft again this past weekend. Excellent property - location is unbeatable and the furnishings are fabulous. There is an approximate 40ft balcony that puts you right in the action of all that is going on downtown. With private off-street parking, you never have to worry about where you are going to park! I had a snafu on my arrival dates, and Deborah was able to work a miracle to accommodate us with the cleaning team. She is a top notch communicator and makes the VRBO experience easy. Can't recommend enough!
